“very nice place to stay”

We had a very nice room, staff was friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking and a beautiful view of the city. Only very small drawback was the room freshner or cleaners they used was a little overpowering the scent was very floral.

“great hotel..super price”

very happy with the four days we stayed here.....breakfast was decent, room was super clean, towels were heavy and abundant, really nothing to complain about...for the money was a SUPERB deal...would heartily recommend it to anyone, very good value

we used GPS to find all the sites of OKCity..this hotel was never more than five miles from any of the sites, including the zoo the cowboy museum, or the OKC memorial

“Will Stay there again”

The hotel is nice and is going under some renovatioins but it didnt get in our way. The staff was very nice and gave great directions and were very helpful. Breakfast was awesome the kids all found something they liked. the only bad point was that there wasnt an indoor pool and thier pool was closed for the season but other than that we will be staying there again

“good hotel”

They were doing some construction but they only did it from 10 am to 5 pm even then it was pretty quiet. Had a good hot breakfast and it was nice that checkout wasn't until 12 it gave us plenty of time to get ready.

“Not bad for the price”

The hotel is undergoing renovations that are requiring drilling into the sides of the hotel to install individual heating and cooling units. The renovation is supposedly only going on from 10 AM to 5 PM, but while we were there it went on much later some days. It would have been nice to know in advance about the renovation, but we had a nonrefundable reservation, so we stayed. The breakfast was good--a form of eggs and meat every day as well as pastries, bagels, and much more.. Sunday's breakfast was excellent--eggs and ham you could make into a Spanish omelet. The one thing I'd suggest as far as the breakfast goes is LEAVE THE TV OFF! The breakfast room is noisy and has poor acoustics to begin with, and when you add a bunch of loud brats (big and small), the room is just too much. If people want to hear a 30-minute newscast about how hot it is or about Casey Anthony, they should do so in the privacy of their own rooms. The room temperature was a constant challenge, BUT in the middle of a heat wave, I guess I can't blame that entirely on the hotel. Perhaps the individual units will take care of the problem. The staff were very attentive, and there were always apples and bananas in the lobby as well as fresh-baked cookies in the afternoons and there seemed to be coffee available 24/7 (and it is good coffee). There is a business center with good Internet access and a fitness center. All-in-all, I'd say the hotel is far from perfect, but for the price it was not bad.

I grew up on the northwest side of Oklhaoma City, and I usually find it comfortable there.

“Needs to improve.”

First thing: Not the beds we asked for. Second the aircondition never worked. Room stayed at 78 -80 degrees for all 2 nights. Our room was not put back in order either day; left trash on dresser and did not put bedspread back on bed or replenish cofee and such.....Responce was we are sorry maintinece is working on several floors at a time and not on weekends. Second night they offered to move us but declined . It was 1:30 in morn. 1 positive thing was the breakfast.

“Will return when I visit OKC again.”

I like the fact that it had a shower and not just a bathtub. Most of the places we checked only offered tubs. We like the breakfast offered downstaires. We did not have to leave the building to get food. The atmosphere was friendly and professional. We will return if and when we return to the area.

Spring, just before the bad weather set in. We got away just in time. Don't want to got in the spring again.

“Looks can be deceiving”

Night one, we discovered a warm stuffy room, the next morning maintenance came and the a/c did not work. The same room the window sill was nasty, a kleenex was used to dust it and it took two and they were like mud. After waiting on 1. the hotel manager 2. maintenance 3. maids we were moved to another room. It was better but you have to be tall or athletic to get into the jacuzzi. Breakfast could have been better! Rubber eggs, lack of hot food items, sticky tables. It advertises hot cookies, only if you get there when they are first put out. The second room we had maintenance again for the strobe light effect of the bathroom light which made me sick to my stomach the first night in that room. It was clean and the a/c worked.

NW not as traffic congested and plenty of food and shopping.
