We didn't have running hot water in the bathroom vanity. Broken tile in bathroom and loose ones too. The shower didn't work right. Turning on the water and shutting off to go to the shower never shut off and the shower head stream was a small stream. Then bed sheet (top) was very thin and a worn hole in the top edge. The property was very clean and well lighted.

We showed up a day early and I did not have a reservation. They were able to accommodate my earlier than planned arrival. The beds were so very comfortable!!! The sheets were soft! It wasn’t fancy, but it was nice!

Upon check in I was told that they wanted $15 more for my small dog. I asked why there was no mention of the extra fee before I paid for the room. She said Expedia never tells you about extra fees. I know this is a lie because I've booked other rooms through Expedia and after pet friendly it will tell you how much the pet fee is.

The tiles in the bathroom were broken and loose. They kept coming out of place. When i got out of the shower barefooted the tile popped up and put a little cut on my foot, noth serious just uncomfortable. The coffee maker was on the bathroom counter, right next to the toilet. The bathroom counter face had what looked like dry blood and old tooth paste on it. Looks like it hasnbeen wiped down in a while. The beds are super hard and uncomfortable.

The bed was firm and very comfortable. The property is aged and tired, but it appears the owners (new?) are working to improve the site. The owners are extremely pleasant and helpful, and were it not for an extremely stained piece of furniture in our room, I would rate the stay higher. I wish the family good luck in updating the hotel. Also, Quality Inns would do well to replace their nasty coffee machines with freshly brewed coffee served in vacuum pots.

Check in was painless and the lady at the front was very amiable and helpful. Room was adequate but not cleaned as we found plastic ware under the desk area and a lot of other debris around the room. My stay here was awful. The rooms look nothing like the pictures, ceiling above bed looked like it was gonna cave in. The first night we woke up to bed bugs biting us at 2am, went to the front desk and they moved us to another room. The cable in that room didn’t work so my kids were not able to watch tv at all. The air conditioning unit didn’t want to work at times. The next night my daughter got attacked by bed bugs all over her legs.I have pictures and videos of the bugs crawling on the sheets. Our first room smelled like smoke really bad. We will never go back to this place again.

While staying here the staff are amazing. Some of the most helpful I have ever met at a hotel stay. I will give them props for the pool being right in the view of the service desk. If a person is traveling alone and was walking along the pool falls in and bumps his or head head the service desk can see the issue and call for help. My issue here was the curtains in my room were ripped to shreds. The air for cool air barely worked. I had no water pressure for the bathroom sink at all. It was just a little flow and not a full blast. I found a spot of blood on the floor in the bathroom and even on the bedding. There was also no stopper for the bathroom.
