Pros: Staff were friendly
Cons: I did not feel safe dragging my suitcases up and down stairs and down long halls in the dark.
The hotel was chosen because if was so close to the airport. There was no elevator and I had to drag the suitcases down two halls and up a flight of stairs to the furthest possible room from the front desk. One phone did not work at all (and some goof had piled things around the other phone when she came into the room and didn't find it until she repacked in the morning. Lighting was poor. Still, the staff were all charming and I would stay there again. I would also drop my rental car a night early and use the convenient shuttle.

Only 2 minutes from airport, made it easy for early exit flight. Had issue with tv,but manager on duty,helped me with the problem. Everything else was great.

The staff were great the room was clean and the maid service did a great job making up the room each day. We will stay there on our next trip to oklahoma City

was dissapointed walking in the front door, the card scan didnt work, waited 15 minutes to get checked in. Under renovation, right across from my room...; no rest and no vacuuming around or after work area...nails etc.. Breakfast was an hr late first day, had no time to wait. When i checked out on the 11th, the woman at the counter was miserable, far from gracious as i asked her for a copy of the bill. I ended up, naturally saying 'thank you'...she said nothing. No smile. No courtesy. because of her alon, i wont be back at this 'establishment?'

Booked in the wrong day. Was out 101.00. Expedia credited me 50.00 but still have a bad taste in my mouth for the hotel not willing to help. I will never stay there again. Also, if you're not leaving from the airport then not sure how to get there. Had to go through the airport passenger drop off and back around to get to it. If there's another way then they make it hard to get to it.

Location: Close to airport. Not much else around.
Hotel was under renovation. Room I stayed in was renovated and was pleasing. The corridors and lobby not renovated. Did not have ESPN but had a couple sports channels. Had a full service bar in lobby.

Cons: Just about everything.
Location is the only thing this hotel has going for it at the moment. The room was OK, but the lobby was torn apart and the staff, though friendly, looked a little scary. I stayed 2 nights (at the beginning and end of my trip)... Would not have stayed a second night if it hadn't already been paid for through expedia.

Pros: The convenience to the airport and being able to leave our vehicle parked.
Cons: If offering a shuttle and the clients do not make it out in the time requested, call them to make sure everything is okay; don't leave them.
The room was very clean and quiet. I figured that we would hear the planes, but we didn't. The only disappointment was when we went out to get on the shuttle it wasn't there. We had asked for 10 minutes and were held up due to our bags not making it on our flight. It took several phone calls to get back through to them. Our phone number was on file and feel they should have called us.
