BED BUGS

I've stayed at this Hotel in another city and it was fine but when I came to OKC it was the worst experience ever. The front desk lady seemed like she didn't want to be there and you could tell by the way she was acting and speaking. She didn't correctly inform us of where our room was and when asked it again she didn't even bother to help. We got to the room and everything was fine until we lifted the sheets and saw a bed bug. I immediately called the front desk and asked for a refund I packed all my things and when I went back down to the front desk the same lady didn't even bother to say sorry or anything all she said was okay we'll give you a refund. Her attitude was horrible. When I called Expedia for my refund they said the hotel agreed to not charge me a penalty fre for canceling I was furious since this was the hotels fault not mine. Don't stay there at all spend a little more or even a little less and stay somewhere else.

It's an older hotel with some renovations - the staff attempted to accommodate our needs but being late risers, the coffee was not available and no one would make any just 15 minutes after breakfast was over. Otherwise, no problems. Also, although the hotel is next to/near the airport, we never heard the planes.

Pros: Staff were friendly
Cons: I did not feel safe dragging my suitcases up and down stairs and down long halls in the dark.
Location: Airport!!
The hotel was chosen because if was so close to the airport. There was no elevator and I had to drag the suitcases down two halls and up a flight of stairs to the furthest possible room from the front desk. One phone did not work at all (and some goof had piled things around the other phone when she came into the room and didn't find it until she repacked in the morning. Lighting was poor. Still, the staff were all charming and I would stay there again. I would also drop my rental car a night early and use the convenient shuttle.

Good Airport Hotel

Used as a stay over on our way to El Paso for USBC Bowling Tournament. This Hotel was right next to the airport, but not bothered by the air traffic.

Disappointed

I paid for two beds through hotels.com when I arrived they said I paid for a king bed and didn't have any other room available. They brought up a roll away but it was to big and wouldn't fit in the room. My friend had to get a room at another hotel. I will never stay there again and will not recommend it to my company.

I booked this hotel because of proximity to airport. I had an early morning flight. I am VERY glad it was for one short night. Hotel is maybe 3 minutes from the airport, which is great for that, but you also hear every plane that comes and goes, and it is a bad neighborhood. The mattress was okay, but the pillows were horrible. The hotel is so cheap it doesn't even have a toilet paper holder: they just sit it on the counter. Even at $69/night, I won't be coming back.

Only 2 minutes from airport, made it easy for early exit flight. Had issue with tv,but manager on duty,helped me with the problem. Everything else was great.
