Made the mistake of reserving a room for the wrong date showed up on the wrong day to find out I had reserve the room two weeks later they did not cancel the reservation for the two weeks later and still charge me for it even though I did not stay in their hotel and refused to refund the money

I booked and paid for a room to sleep 5 and the 4.Posted Mar 23, 2015
I ask to be switched to the room that I booked. The said that the motel was full and that's the room I get. I ask for a roll away bed to help the situation and they told me No. They said since I booked thru Expedia that's what I get.

Great place to stay in OKC.Posted Mar 19, 2015
Location: It is in the heart of OKC across from Crabtown. Bass Pro is nearby as are the Botanical Gardens.
Really enjoyed taking the grandkids down to the pool. It's a great pool for kids. It's like an indoor miniature water park. If you are looking for a close by winter blues retreat to take your kids and grandkids to. This is the place.

Nice locationPosted Mar 10, 2015
The location is great and have several things and restaurants in a walking distance. Nice indoor pool very family friendly. Only complain is the restroom, the door did not close well and the prior guest made a hole in it because the material is very cheap and ready to break. However it did not affect our stay.

Nice hotel in the heart of brick-town.Posted Feb 28, 2015
Pros: Nice staff clean hotel. Great Breakfast !! lots of healthy food.
Cons: Better Parking.
Location: Lots of Restaurants and pubs. The dueling pianos is a must see!!
Myself and wife wanted to stay at hotel in brick-town so we would be in walking distance of restaurants and entertainment. The Hampton was in walking distance to the famous spaghetti factor. When we ask for the lady at the front desk for directions to some of the entertainment venues she was very pleasant and gave us a map to everything available in brick-town. Really enjoyed my stay there and will be back soon.

Clean and comfy. Great for families.Posted Feb 23, 2015
Pros: New, clean.
Cons: Check-in/parking situation. Had to park in the street because cheerleading people were parking for MUCH longer than the permitted "5 minutes"
Location: Close to bricktown. Restaurants.
My husband and I were there during a busy cheerleading competition/Valentine's day rush, but still enjoyed our stay. Our suite was secluded and quiet.
