The above counter sink is too high for short people. Insufficient lighting above sink. The light on the smoke detector above the bed was too bright. The no. 2 elevator was jumpy and scary. No ice available on the 4th floor. Just a sheet and comforter are not that useful. Need blanket instead of comforter.

Changing my card when they shouldn’t.
The only reason I am giving them a terrible rating is because I paid for my room through hotels.com and then they also charged me for a room after we left. I can’t get a manager to return my phone calls and they are never there no matter what time I call. Supposedly the manager is the only one who can give me a refund. Beware when giving your card to them after paying on hotels.com.

The room was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was soft. The bathroom had all the amenities. Realy good hot breakfast and other items. The one draw back was parking if you have a late check-in. We had to walk a bit to get to the front of the hotel because you can only enter from the front. Great safety feature once you are in but not a great one if you are walking to get in. So just get there early for a good spot.

Holiday Inn you always know what to expect short stay to sleep and get ready for another day of driving. Air conditioning only kept the area near fan cool

Does ANYTHING in this facility work?
THE ONLY REASON I chose this hotel was a swimming pool and breakfast. The pool was closed and there was no hot foods available for breakfast. No one cleaned our room or left fresh towels after our first night. Housekeeping showed up at 9 am the day we were going to check out. I will never book a room at Holiday Inn EVER.

Room/ elevator noise
The room we had was by the elevator and every time someone got on the elevator it would shake the whole bed and walls and make the loudest noise. You could not sleep at night because of the noise and vibrations. The front desk told me there was nothing they could do about it.

The hotel has been updated but is a little worn down, like it wants to be really nice but it’s just nice, Staff were cordial and accommodating and breakfast was great. Solid 8/9.

The good and bad of our stay.
We stayed in a suite. It was roomy and comfortable. The website says there is a hot tub but they do not have one. They do have an indoor heated pool. Staff was friendly and helpful. The vending machines and the washer/dryer did not work but that wasnt a big issie for our stay. The morning breakfast buffet was good. They paid attention to the quantity and were promt to fill dwendling items so that there was always fresh food. The cinnamon rolls were very good. Overall it was a good experience for my family.

Only one comment about the room - the counter in the bathroom was unusually high, and had a vessel sink on top of it. It was quite uncomfortable and difficult to use.

Apparently, there had been a bunch of trolls with mud on their boots trudging throughout the building as there was mud bits throughout. My wife did find crumbs of some sort under her pillow.

Good hotel. However the carpet needs replaced. There was rust in the bathtub and the toilet bowl was stained. There was also a substance smeared around on the night table between the beds.

Disgusting hotel. The pull out couch was about 10 years old and not sanitary at all. Holes all in the mattress and blood stains. Broken cabinets and furniture Don’t waste your money!!!!

I have syaued at a lot of holiday Inn' s, very disappointed first room had ro be changed as we wasn't get heat from the unit and no light bulbs in bedside lamp, was moved to a second floor room. Get all our stuff up there and no working tv remote, had to get a new one. Handicaped tub very slippery no tub mat, spouse was closed to falling twice and trying to hang on and wash while showering and same for me. Kitchenet looked terrible, not professional work in that area. Refrigerator was sitting out in front of counter as it was out of the under unit, We could see all the plumbing under sink area in the ktichenet area, slopping ,unfinished work for a holiday inn.in the morning our door eas opened twice from housekeeping, clearly they dont get a list of checked out guested or radio notified and the first time was 8:45 then again an hour later, wow. Used the pool,and had to be let in as key card wouldn't work for pool door and many other guest told me rhe same for them also so guest let one another in.

Service lied to me I asked them to change my linen they said they would and didn't. The TV was broken I advised them um sure they wont fix it.
