Home away from home

Pros: Cleanliness, quiet, and no chemical fragrances or pets.
Cons: Offer diabetic friendly choices for restaurant.
We entered the hotel and none of those awful fragrant smells were there to assault the senses, Staff was friendly and efficient. When we entered the elevators and hall, there was still none of those awful smells. Our room was very nice with king size bed, chair and ottoman, desk and chair, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot if we needed it, but best of all, there was no smell. No awful dryer sheet chemicals in the linens, no sprays trying to cover up other smells, no pets or smoke. It was a little more on the price than some of the others, but well worth it. The restaurant was not that diabetic friendly but there are restaurants in the area nearby. If you have chemical sensitivities or allergies to fragrance, this is the next best place to home. I would definitely recommend this especially if you have little ones with breathing problems, it is a plus.

Girl at front desk not very friendly. I think was wanting to go smoke instead of check me in. Didn't like pillows, mine had an odor.

Christian at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating. My reservations were for a King Suite, which was the largest room offered online, but when I arrived I learned that what I needed was the King Executive Suite. Christian moved me to the right room without any hesitation. I've stayed there before and will definitely stay there again.

Too much drama

There was only one person that was friendly, the rest of the staff were just down right rude. They cancelled my reservation even though I had called ahead to let them know I was coming in late. The maids woke me up everyday by literally opening up my door at 8am! I will never stay here again!

Nice Hotel

This was the first time I stayed at a Holiday Inn. I have stayed at Holiday Inn Express before and I thought to try out this hotel. Everything was great except I was a bit dissapointed with the breakfast. On top of having to pay for it, it was not as good as the one I was used to get from Holiday Inn Express. Other than that, this was a pretty nice hotel.

Great hotel, so so staff

Pros: The room was nice and comfortable. It was quiet.
Cons: Customer Service. Customer Service 101 would be a nice start.
Location: Location was chosen because it was close to my sister in Edmond. I also visited Dillards at the mall and Dick's Sporting Goods.
I arrived without a greeting and was asked for my credit card and ID. I was then handed my key cards and told my room number. I followed that by asking where the elevators were because I was given no further information. I got to my room and the key cards had not been activated. I went back downstairs and told a different man at the front desk. He never said a word and just activated them. The room itself was spacious, quiet, and clean. The bed was comfortable and the shower worked well. We did not use the TV. The clock kept resetting to 12:00. Day 2: I ran to the hotel to change before going to pick someone up at the airport and my key cards were no longer activated. I went back downstairs and said that my cards were the same as the day before, not activated. Again, no comment of any sort, the same man went through the motions to activate and handed back to me. When I was checking out, I went to get a cup of ice. The ice machine was a machine full of water. I reported this to a nice woman at the front desk and left. It was a nice hotel with no attention to the customer.

Nice hotel close to Oklahoma Spine Hospital

Stay was short but comfortable. The only thing that I would change would be to offer free breakfast. We had to be at the hospital at 5:30 am and a quick already cooked breakfast would have been great.
