“Pretty Decent”
Our hotel only had two table lamps to light the entire room (not counting the bathroom) and one of them wasn't functioning properly. Also, checkout wasn't until 11am and cleaning services was beating on the door at 10am sharp, ready for us to leave. They returned three times in the next hour - we found this very rude and pushy.
“miserable”
No coffee machine in the room as opposed to advertised description. There was a fridge and microwave in the room when I checked in - and next day while I was away they both were moved away from the room. No heating in the bathroom. Shabby wallpaper. Terrible ventilation, the room reeked of smoke. The service is annoyingly laid back. Cheap. Low class.

“Sad but true”
This hotel/motel is older. The walls have obvious repairs from holes, dings,chips nicks, etc, the tub was terribly stained, the carpeting was newer but dirty, the baseboards were missing, dingy, the floors, sink & toilet were scary.......dingy, stained etc. The bed was very nice it you can get beyond the perceived dirt & grime. The contentintial breakfast is farce. They had biscuits, dry cereal, milk and juices (orange, apple & cranberry). I am not kidding. That was it, honestly! I asked about the breakfast and was told "that's all they are required to serve". Cold biscuits! Oh, the floors creek. I was on the lower level right next to the office. The people above me must have been playing tag all night, all night, all night. I could not sleep. Thankfully they left the next day. Oh, the socket in the bathroom fell off. It had burn marks, the wires were taped and I can swear I saw a mouse dropping. I was appauled. I had the office person to come in and look. She said she would have maintenence fix the socket. I asked if she thought the turd looking thing was a mouse dropping she said she didn't think so as there was new management. It's a dive with a nice bed and tv. If you can handle floating to the bathroom, squatting over the toilet and wearing slippers in the shower, this is the place for you. If you have dignity stay away. Sad but honestly, totally true!!
