Could be better.

First room we had was filthy! Dust everywhere, old not so clean towels and the refrigerator had mold growing in it. We asked for another room which they did give us. The 2nd room was supposedly just cleaned (according to the front desk), but it was equally as filthy minus the mold. Needless to say, we checked out.

everything was fine i just think they need a little more for breakfast we had to wait for 15mins for eggs and then the eggs was cold no waffle mix just was not a good breakfast but over all was a nice stay i would stay here again

Nice, clean hotel. Our room had an extra sitting area with a couch which was a nice added extra. The morning breakfast had a nice selection from which to choose with a comfortable breakfast area. This location accepts pets and we saw many well-behaved dogs with their owners. My only negative is that the walls between rooms are "thin" to the point of being able to clearly hear the neighbors. This wasn't a problem for us because our neighbors were relatively quiet, but I could see where it could be an issue to getting a good night's rest.

Decent

Pros: The room was nice and modern.
Cons: Customer service.
Location: Restaurants and shopping are nearby. We shopped a couple of antique stores and went to some medical appointments, all within 15 minutes of the hotel.
We stayed two nights and the hotel was very modern and pretty. I was disappointed in the customer service. My husband purchased a small tub of ice cream from their snack area and it was melted. He took it back and showed them, so they gave him another and it was also melted. The clerk said they come that way. They were stored in a cooler rather than a freezer. Clerk asked him to either take another ice cream or choose something else for same price. The pool area was being painted and the paint fumes were so strong that I ended up with a migraine headache. We never even went to the pool area. The strong smell was throughout the hotel lobby and elevator area. Overall a nice hotel and nice place to stay.

No bad. The pillows were marshmallows that couldn't be flattened out. It'd been nice to have had some kind of cooked eggs fro breakfast.

Long hair in the shower on first day. Room was not cleaned after the first night - but they did give me a credit.
