Could hear cars driving on interstate from room, ice machine right outside bedroom making noise all night, very firm bed, does not have a black out curtain or really any curtain, just a screen that lets in a lot of light. Elevator could be cleaner, carpet dirty. Last day the elevator was broke so we had to carry all our luggage down 4 flights. Room was very clean. Heat and AC worked great. Looks like there have been recent renovations to the rooms. Nice small breakfast to grab a bite to eat in the morning. Housekeeping kept up with the cleaning and refreshing towels/toiletries.

The pool was filthy, hot tub was cold and wouldn’t heat up, the hotel needs to undergo some serious maintenance and renovations as walls and ceilings were crumbly, ceiling tiles had holes, also our room was dirty. From the outside everything looked clean and up kept, breakfast was okay, staff was friendly.

We do apologize that you did not enjoy your stay. Our property doesn't have a hot tub, and I looked into the room you stayed in and also the hallway leading up to it and did not find any of the issues you mentioned in your comments.

The guy that works in the evening is amazing. The manager is okay but is preoccupied with what seems like her friends that are there. The other lady who works during the day and brings her child to work is very hateful. I got to the hotel, went in to check in, I am standing in front of her she looks up and say word for word “what do you need” I told her I was there to check in she told me I was going to have to hold on. She is having a bad day okay. The next day my husband went down there to get toilet paper and he said she was rude to him and he never complains. It was breakfast time and the lobby was full Of people and he could have taken down the roll of toilet paper we had just unwrapped that was covered in blue cleaner and mold but he didn’t. This is also the only Laquita that does serve some time of meat with their breakfast.

We found BEDBUGS and had to move to another hotel. Stay away from this property bed sheets were dirty with blood stains lipstick marks scratches on the wall bathroom was dirty stay away from this hotel. The staff was not great the front desk was very rude when we checked in and also rude when we reported the bed bugs.

Checkin easy, breakfast was good (egg, sausage, waffle, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, bagels & bread choices available along with OJ, coffee, tea, water) The Room itself appeared clean, however the ceiling had water damage in our room on 4th floor (roof leak possibly), indoor pool was not clean, elevator somewhat slow, stairway unclean it was carpeted and needed vacuuming & trashed picked up. One of the bed had stains on the bed sheets,

A safe clean room with a nice, modern touch, but with minor things needed. The A/C unit wasn’t fully attached, with some daylight showing through. It also seemed to struggle to kick on throughout the night. Not a major issue, but will need some maintenance. The room didn’t have hand soap and the tv remote didn’t work, but the front desk squared it away with no trouble.

A mixed bag - Positive: impressive mattresses, clean no-carpet floors, staff made an extra effort to recover something we left in the room. Negative - the heating / cooling wasn't working at all; confusion about the pre-paid while checking in; road noise. Will look for other options next time.

We do sincerely apologize, for the heating and cooling in your room. Please rest assured that we are taking appropriate measures the issue. I noticed that the room was charged to the card that was pre-paid. We do require a credit card for incidentals when the room is pre-paid. I do hope you will give us another chance when your plans bring you back to Edmond, Ok

Needed some work as evident by a broken ice machine, a bad safety outlet in the bathroom snd a fan running in electric room off the lobby. Breakfast was a serious downer with very limited choice and even ran out of those before I left. Will say the place was clean and the staff friendly.

It was 33 degrees outside when I checked in. The heat in my room was completely turned off. The room was freezing cold. An hour later it’s still freezing cold even with the heat turned to high. There is only a roller shade on the window which allows all of the outside lights to shine straight into the room so I could not sleep. And people outside can see straight into the room - absolutely no privacy.
