“Ok hotel.”

Hotel was decent overall, but the guy working in the breakfast room was horrible. He complained the whole time we were in there eating breakfast. Some people made too big of a mess at their table. Others apparently didn't know how to throw trash in the trash can. He was horrible! He never talked directly to anyone, but spoke loud enough for everyone to hear. I went to the front desk to complain about him, and the lady there looked at me like a deer in the headlights. She never said a word to me! I think it was her husband.

“Great stay for the money”

Were in town for a basketball tournament and this was a great place to take a breather between games. It was a nice room for such a bargain!

“work”

The room was ok but when I got home from work my room was not cool, and the bathtum faucet did not work well so I got burnt with scalding hot water...so it was just ok.

“where we stay”

my husband and I have stayed at this Days Inn over the past 6 years when traveling to visit family in Houston. Good location, close to shopping, good resturants

“smelled really bad! horrible!”

room smelled extremely bad--not like smoke but more just like gross flith, seemed to be coming from the carpet. The matresses were far from comfortable. Our dog found a large gel-cap pill on the floor and almost ingested it before we were able to get it away from her! (luckily she didn't get sick). I felt the price of this hotel was pretty middle of the road and we expected to stay in a so-so type room but nothing this bad! Will never go back.

Your hotel experience was not the quality of service Days Inn represents. You were promised a clean room and there is no excuse for our staff not being able to provide that. We fell short of our goal to provide quality guest service. Please accept our apologies. In addition, please know that your comments and issues have been addressed. We continue to review our housekeeping practices and procedures with our entire housekeeping staff. As a dog owner myself, I can fully appreciate the stress this had caused you. I am sincerely grateful that no harm had come to your pet as they are an important member of your family. Again, we apologize that your experience was anything less than satisfying. We appreciate your feedback so that these issues can be addressed and corrected It is our hope that you will give us another opportunity to serve you.

“Will stay there again for my graduation”

Facility is pretty old but it is still a decent condition for the price. Laundry room may need some upgrade for people who stay for several days. Good breakfast and very friendly service. Will stay there again. Thank you for making this experience a special one.

“would not return”

this hotel needs some serious updating and cleaning. the repairs that were done prior are really bad. the room was discusting. it smelled really bad. it was run down and the bathroom toilet did not flush properly. tv did not work correctly took 10 minutes to run

“adequate”

Location was good, easy to access...food and shopping was easy to get to and close by. Bed was too stiff.
