“We go every year to this hotel”

This Sheraton is right near my in-laws, (we are from the Boston area) and it is a great family hotel. The employees are more than accommodating. We had breakfast at the hotel restaurant every morning, and the staff went out of their way for our children (2 and 4). The rooms (and tubs!) are clean. The beds are comfortable and the linens/bedding are all white. The kids loved the pool - there is a gym there, but there is no way I have a chance to get there :)

“Good for the Money”

It wasn't a bad stay at all. The room was clean the hotel itself looked very nice. It was a very reasonably priced. It is rated a 4 star... that is definitely not the case. Good for a 3 star. The tv was small (27 inches) there was NO mini fridge but other than that it was good.

“Interesting stay”

When we checked in our first room lock didn't work so we had to go to a different room. I had read a review that the toilet was not very comfortable - I would TOTALLY AGREE! They put the toilet right next to the door to the bathroom. We drank a water and at checkout found out the water cost the same as a case of water from Walmart (which by the way is right across the street). That is a lot for a water. There was no note that they would charge for the water and the hotel ended up not charging because of the lack of the note telling us. The beds are VERY comfortable. My wife and I couldn't sleep very well because of our crappy bed at home and the big difference. But a very nice bed. Overall it is a really nice hotel for the price I got. The bathroom and the water thing bothered us some for being such a nice hotel. I would stay there again, but be more careful before using stuff in the hotel rooms.

experience was good, hotel was in great shape. Got the room for a getaway for my girlfriends birthday. They let me check in despite a policy miscommunication. great staff, great room. will definitely come again.

“great remodel”

The Sheraton was a great stay for us. Everything was recently renovated and looked great. Service was excellent. Location wasn't terribly convenient to anything, especially down town. The only downside to the room was that the bathroom wasn't terribly private with the see through doors.

“Nice place- would stay again if had to”

Nice place would stay again, however o this trip it was cold out and the hotel had ptfrssional carpet cleaners come in to clean hallway carpets. I was traveling with a 8 and 2 year old.. right before midnite fire alarms went off- 2year old had been asllep for couple of hours. myson and i grabbed my cell phone, purse and blanket for baby.. had to travel doen 4 flights of stairs with sleeping child and once we got down there the lobby was full.. i was told by the woman at the front desk that the sream from the carpet machine set off the alarm.. we waited in lobby for over an hour before we could return to our room. i lucked out that a man that was staying there overed me the couch for my kids to lay down and sleep.. when i checked out thr next morning i asked about the charge for the wi-f- that i only got to use for about an hour and manager refused to remove the charge.. it was like $5 which was alot less than the incinvinence they caused me and my kids that nite.. while we were waiting to return to our room they never offered us a drink or nothing.. i believed that it could have been handled much better and again a few hours later when i checked out the mgr didnt care about all the trouble the carpet cleaning had put my faimly through... other than that... clean and nice place to stay..

“A good solid recommendation”

A nice, clean hotel. The staff at the reception desk were very polite and friendly. I really enjoyed my stay. Parking was free, and convenient and the hotel is close to some basic shopping and restaurants. The hotel also provided complimentary startbucks coffee and newspapers in the lobby. My only suggestion is for breakfast service to begin at 6:00 AM instead of 6:30 AM. I found myself eating breakfast out so I had enough time to maker early morning meetings.

Area recommendations

Midwest City is close to Tinker Air Force Base, and about 7 miles from downtown Oklahoma City. There is a new shopping center at S. Air Depot Blvd and I-40 which is about 1 mile from the Sheraton hotel. The shopping center has a Target, Marshalls, Starbucks and other chain restaurants (Chili's, Panda Express).

“excellent bedding and bed”

This was a very nice clean and comfortable hotel to stay in. I certainly appreciated the upscale bedding and comfortable kingsize bed. The bar was very cozy and I enjoyed very good wine. Very good access to interstate.
