This hotel is fine, it is not the fanciest but for what we wanted a decent place to stay overnight. The breakfast was good. Pool and hot tub and wifi all working so we were satisfied.

Not too shabbyPosted Mar 22, 2014 on Hotels.com
Not bad for the price. They were very accommodating. Great front desk help. Perfect for the kids. The floor was supposed to be non-smoking but it reeked of smoke. Overall can't complain.

Nice hotel, HORRIBLE SERVICE!! RUDEST ever.Posted Feb 25, 2014 on Hotels.com
Had a short stay- Arrived at 9pm Sunday 02/23, left the 24th at 4am. Had a long drive ahead of us. Hotel was small, clean, and convenient. Swimming pool was OK, no hot tub. Rooms were nice. What was absolutely HORRIBLE was the attitude we received when leaving at 4am Mon. morning. Came downstairs not expecting any breakfast to be ready. There was coffee. The lady working told us to go ahead. Filling up my coffee, I noticed some food already set up for the continental breakfast. Figured it would be no big deal if our kids took some cereal and muffins to go. But the lady at the front desk came over and began to make CONSTANT rude comments to us. Told me she just got done stocking the breakfast and now that we "cleaned her out" she has to go restock. I didn't know that a few bowls of cereal and muffins were "cleaning out" the whole breakfast bar. She just didn't stop. As I put some muffins on the plate she says " you know, I took those out of the freezer so they would defrost for the 6 am breakfast, NOT 4 AM! Now I have to go get more muffins!" Just unbelievable. What ever happened to some hospitality? If having to go back to the freezer to replace a few muffins was too much work for this lady, than she shouldn't be working there. She said many more things, but I can't list them all. Bottom line - RUDEST experience I have EVER had at a hotel. We are frequent travelers. Would never stay at a Sleep Inn again.
