Hotel clean rooms clean . Hotel very old had major foundation issues! Was on 2nd floor it wasn’t level. I place a bottle water on my night stand it eventually fell on the floor. Wall thin you could hear conversations, etc., night & day

We thought the $15 pet fee per pet was excessive!

Great Value!
Great location and good value for the price of an overnight stay. This is my second time to stay at this hotel. There are many options for food, entertainment, and shopping here in Edmond. Also, the location is near OKC if you have business to conduction in the big city.

Cleanliness is absolutely amazing. The people's is friendly and helpful. Will come back again definitely. Is will be fantastic if the breakfast have more varieties type of healthy vegetarian food.

An okay stay.
We got a room with a queen size bed and a double size bed. One side of each bed was really close to the wall and the beds were really tall which made getting in them a challenge. I thought the mattress itself was comfortable. We also had trouble find the right temp. We would have liked it if the fan on the ac/furnace unit would have stayed running all the time. We stayed on the third floor, and I noticed that they were applying stone/tile to the bottom half of the hallway walls starting by the elevator. I imagine it will be nice when finished.

It was late as I came to see the lights at MItch park and it took so long to get checked in. theclerk had to call for help as apparently it said my C C did not go thru. BUT it went through for the deposit. ??

The staff was so friendly and accommodating. I made a couple of special requests and when I arrived they had fulfilled my requests. Breakfast was hot, good and they had a variety. Room was clean, cozy and I loved the shower.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The check in process was easy and my room met my expectations. Coffee was always available in the lobby and restaurants are within walking distance. The price was so affordable! I will certainly stay at this hotel on my next trip in December.

Stayed two nights while visiting my two adult children. First night all was good. Second night I began to smell marijuana smoke in my room coming through the HVAC system and felt sick enough to not sleep well. Front desk clerk dismissed and would not acknowledge my concerns.

I felt very uncomfortable - people smoking weed on level 3 and my keys didn’t work and went to get new keys and two guys at desk asked if I was the one staying alone- how did they know this and why would They ask it- felt very unsafe I felt very awkward and I ended up packing my stuff and leaving for a different hotel That night- never coming back

I'm very sorry. Asking you about having more than one person was to clarify if there was any possibility that your traveling partner might have got their key renewed. By getting a new key that would explain why your key was not working. In hind sight I can see how that may have made you feel unsafe as a person traveling alone. Please accept my deepest apology regarding this.

Manager doing a great job keeping things running smoothly. On my 8 day visit I felt having an annex building was a bit inconvenient walking back-and-forth, since all the main amenities were in the main building. Especially on rainy days . An awning running across each building would have been easier especially on rainy days.

Older hotel but very clean. Someone was always cleaning common areas. Breakfast area neat and clean. Staff very friendl, especially the guy that work front desk in the evening. Will book at hotel again.
