“Best Hotel Ever!”

Best hotel we have ever stayed at!!!! We were visiting for the Regional Segment Tennis Tournament held at OTC. The room was spacious, kitchen area very roomy, and the ice tray was full of ice in the freezer, which was very nice that we didn't need to wait for it to make ice. Very clean, and breakfast was the best we have had in a very long time. We travel a lot for tennis and hockey, and this was by far the best experience yet. We will definitely be back!

“Luxury suite at a very economical rate.”

The hotel was everything I expected and more. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable with the down comforter and pillows. The vanity area had an adjoining tub/shower and was very nice. The suite had a small kitchen area with a stove-top, microwave and full-sized refrigerator and the cabinet was stocked with all dishes and glasses. It was nice to be able to warm up a pastry and have ice in your room (without trying to track down an ice machine somewhere in the hallway!) The room had a large desk w/ free internet connections and plenty of lamps throughtout the room. The hotel had an outside pool, a business center and exercise room. There was a wonderful breakfast and three nights a week, dinner was served in the same area. I was very pleased and it was by far one of the best hotels that I had ever stayed in. I will definitly stay there again on my return to Oklahoma City or anywhere else that I may travel.

“Great hotel for a family with little kids”

We booked a two-bedroom King suite (two double beds in one bedroom, 1 king bed in the other, and a fold-out couch in the living area) and it worked perfectly for our 4 adults and 2 kids under the age of 4 (one of them in a pack-and-play that we brought). Our biggest need was being able to put the kids to sleep in a separate room from the rest of us with the ability to close a door to their room (so that the rest of us staying up wouldn't wake them up). Putting one kid on the fold-out couch and the other in a pack-and-play in the living room while we holed ourselves up in the bedrooms with the doors closed worked perfectly for us. Our only complaint is that the original configuration of the fold-out couch and entertainment center in the living room prevent you from being able to completely open the bed out of the couch. Once we rearranged the furniture we were able to make it work. Other than that one issue the stay was what we needed. The staff was courteous, the food was on-par for this level of hotel, and the rooms and other areas were kept clean.

“Nice except they did not have the room we reserved.”

We have a family of 5 and reserved a 2 bedroom suite for 2 nights. When I checked in I was told that they did not have that room and would give us 2 separate rooms for the price of the 2 bedroom suite I had reserved. I asked if the room we had reserved would be ready the next night. The man at the desk told me that they were booked up for at least a month. Why was I then able to reserve it online? He did not have an answer for me and I was in a hurry so I did not ask to speak to a manager. Very nice hotel with breakfast but our family weekend to OKC was broken up into 2 rooms. Not ideal, however, I would stay there again but I would call the hotel directly to ensure the room I had reserved would be available.

“Okay for 1 Night”

The room was okay, but since it's also an extended stay hotel, that's how it felt. I prefer a more upscale place to relax and unwind, but for one night it was sufficient.

“Concerns, but may be worth a look”

Ok, so, I'm a picky person. If you tell me it's a queen size bed, I dont expect it to be a full, as it seemed to be here. As there's no ice machines in the hotel, at least turn on the ice maker in the refridgerator so there's at least 3 or 4 cubes in the tray for a cool drink later. Would I recommend this to someone else? Maybe. If I find myself in OK City again, I may look around for other accomodations to see if there's anything better.

“Great Stay until breakfast”

The facilities were new and top notch. They have a spectacular free breakfast buffet. When my wife and I arrived at 7AM we were greeted with a empty chafing dishes. There was no coffee, or food. They had run out. The person servicing the buffet was overwhelmed by the group waiting, and was unable to bring anything out in the time that we stood and waited. Most of us just checked out and headed towards the McD's drive thru I am going to pass on this hotel in the future.
