First we got there and the room we booked was not available do we had to get a different room. They wanted to charge extra but after some talking they agreed to let us have the room for the original charge. The room was not vacuumed and bath tub was not clean.

Do Not Stay Here

Posted Apr 28, 2013
Pros: Leaving
Cons: Arriving
Location: Location is great. Just needs to be torn down and replaced.
On arrival the sink was missing a part and the microwave did not work. The room was in poor repair. The bedding looked like it was ready for the trash. I called the office when they opened (They are not staffed 24/7) and noted the repair needs. When I returned to the room at 6 pm, the repairs had not been made. I went to the desk and they said " yes, maintenance checked and you are correct about the repairs. Did you want the repairs made?" Seriously? why yes of course I do. One hour later the microwave was replaced with a unit that was dirty and had the wrong glass tray. (I auume aonther unoccupied room now has a broken microwave). The sink was fixed. The towels were not exchanged. When I tried to get fresh ones, the desk stated they were out of towels. Seriously? It took three days to get all the towels replaced. The new ones were stained and scratchier than I would use on my car. The heater/airconditioner was so loud, sleep was nearly impossible. Rates are pre-paid weekly, so that rules out leaving early. Worse week in OKC in the past three years. I travel to OKC monthly, and have never had this bad of experience.

Hotel Smoke

Posted Feb 13, 2012
I knew I was in trouble when I had to sign out an ironing board from the front desk and schlep it across the parking lot. Worse was asking for a smoke free room, only later to have smoke smells permeate my room. Either the smell came along the plumbing lines, or my neighbors smoked so much it came in from the cracks. Either way, my asthma bothered me by the end of my stay.

Not the Best Choice

Posted Jan 9, 2012
When we first arrived at 4:00 a.m., we had to call a number as no one works the front desk after hours. It took numerous tries to get someone on the phone for instructions as to how to get the key for our room. The vanity mirror had toothpaste splatters all over it and the toilet had urine stains on the tank. There were dark red stains all over the carpet. Our second night there 3 police cars swarmed the car next to ours and pulled 2 people out of a room and arrested them. We chose this place as we were looking for a hotel/motel that allowed pets. We travel with our Yorkie. But, everyone there had pets, some had as many as 2 to one room and most were very large. So, the grassy area around the facility was full of dog poo that no one took the time or consideration to scoop. When we tried to check out we were instructed to bring our key to the office, which we did but the window was again closed. So, we had to go through a hassle to figure out where to leave the key. Next time we board the dog and stay elsewhere.
