The desk clerk was very helpful in answering our questions.

“Better than some, worse than others.”

Well, after check in and surveying the room, I had to return to the front desk to ask for towels. There was only a washcloth and a hand towel in the room. The Night Manager was more than accommodating and apologized profusely for the oversight of the housekeepers. After that, my stay was as comfortable as it could be. I was a bit leery of the neighborhood, but found that if I kept to myself and didn't bother anyone else, no one bothered me. By the end of my three night stay, I did start to feel comfortable with the hotel and surrounding area. For the price, I would consider staying in this hotel again. Next trip, if my budget allows it, let's just say I have no loyalty to this particular chain or location. But, as I said, cost being the only factor, I would stay here again.

“Will not book that hotel again!!!!!!”

Our sheets on the bed were dirty, looked as if they were soiled with something unknown. It took house keeping way to long to get there. The laundry man that came to change our bedding was rude and had a nasty attitude because he had to do his job. he snatched the sheets off each bed while mumbling under his breath. He tried to tell us the sheets were clean when it was obvious there were stains. When he finished he snatched up theused bedding and as he was walking out the door he said in a rude manner "You have a good day". I will not recommend this hotel.....

“Not Impressed”

So many things to write about- 1. Not enough breakfast., in fact no breakfast other than cereals and milk.Juice was literally diluted. 2.Rooms were not that great. 3.The hotel manager called at 10am to confirm if we were leaving the hotel at 11.00am. Never had this experience before. 4.Not worth the money we paid. We have stayed at better places at this rate.

“You get what you pay for.”

Everything was okay, but house keeping never showed up. Had yo go get my own towels from the office.

“Stained and dirty linens and towels”

I have stayed at different Super 8 and this was by far the worst as far as cleanliness, and then when called to their attention they did nothing except change pillowcases. I did appreciate the owners changing rooms to help my mother with the stairs, however, i did leave a note to tell them to start using more bleach and may be time to get new sheets and pillowcases and towels???? Stained and ripped sheet !

“FAIR PRICE”

At check in I was extremely pleased with my gretting. Great and friendly front desk staff. Owners were anxious to please, and they do care. This is a fairly priced hotel. Downside is that seems to be a less than desireable neighborhood. No ice machines, and limited eating establishments around. One Gas station across the street 24/7. I'd stay again. Main thing, I guess, Its fairly priced. Scale from 1-10, I'd rate a 4 or 5.

“Friendly staff, clean room”

After reading some of the reviews posted for this motel, I was a little wary of booking it. However, the price was hard to pass up and it was located close to my destination. Upon arrival I had found that it was the complete opposite of what I read in previous reviews. The staff was great, the room was clean and stocked with the basic amenities necessary for a comfortable night's stay. The lady who checked me in at the front desk on Sunday afternoon was incredibly nice and welcoming. She's definitely an asset to the property. The room was also very clean, and didn't show any signs of previous use from the night before. When I also booked the room, it didn't indicate that the rooms had a mini fridge and microwave, but my room was equipped with both, which came in handy later that night. If you're looking for a clean, simple place to stay for a great price, I would recommend this property.
