this property and the days inn next door are apparently owned by the same company and they pool resources to manage the two properties. as a result, the front office for super 8 is closed at night and guests must call or go to the days inn night office if assistance is needed. my tub drained very slowly and the shower head flange was missing; the toilet needed encouragement to refill and the seat was cracked; one light bulb was missing from the headboard light fixture and the other one was loose in the socket and had to be tightened to work; my room was facing the interstate and was so noisy i had trouble sleeping; all in all it was very inexpensive and worth every penny.

ROACH MOTEL FOR REAL. RUN!
Run, don't Walk! This place is a scam. There is absolutely no breakfast, the wifi is shotty and I killed about 8 roaches within the first day. Moved to another room and killed more. There was roaches crawling everywhere, the infestation is so bad , they will climb on the bed with you , across your computers on the desk, the shower, the sink, etc. Across your toothbrushes even in a case. Do not take your things out of your suitcase. Just pay the extra for something else or sleep in your car. This place is a nightmare and you wont get any sleep, staying up on Roach patrol, trying to protect your things, kids and your self. The furniture was falling apart, bedrails sticking out to rip up your ankles, no microwaves like they describe, fridges don't work properly. Got there to check in and there was a sign that sent me to check in at the Days Inn across the parking lot. So Ghetto. Ghetto is not a race thing, it's a lifestyle thing. This place is the worse of the ghetto hotels. Some weirdo knocked on my door at almost midnight, while I was alone with my baby. Luckily I had a peep hole. Never open the doors here. This place would be shut down/condemned and not have any partnerships on hotels.com or Expedia.com

This is a hot mess of a shanty facility.It is so unsafe for human habitation!I do not believe that this facility is in the United States of America.The level of insecurity is so high such that customers have to be outside being served through a crack of a window regardless of of it is rainy, cold,windy or hot!

We ended up staying somewhere else because someone was OD’ing on the stairs outside of my room, I couldn’t lock the door, there was a large blood stain on the mattress, the lights didn’t work, there was hair all over the bathroom counter, and I almost sat on a razor blade. Staff was very friendly and refunded my deposit.

The woman who checked me in was a ray of sunshine. I was having a rocky day traveling from Nebraska to come pick a loved one up from here in Oklahoma City. Nothing went as planned. I stumbled upon this hospitality company while being discouraged and the nice woman got me checked right in. She seen I was tired and very anxious from the trip and the obstacles I had to face. I was actually in tears because I could barely afford this trip but I had to come. My mom passed on not too long ago and I swear I felt the motherly love, I been missing, from this woman. She even wanted my daughter to be ok. She was who I needed to encounter. Although we communicated through a window, I felt her hug me in spirit. I needed that and a clean room to relax in with my baby girl. Life has been hard like it has for most people. I’m glad I encountered her. I’m glad I came here. I’m glad it didn’t work out with the more expensive location. We were supposed to be here. It was so divine.

This property needs to be condemned. I was working in OKC had 3 rooms. The beds arent comfortable at all springs digging into you when you lay on them. Ac didnt work in 1 of the rooms bugs flew out when the fan finally came on, black mold in the bathrooms and by doors. Sticky floors old tube tvs mostly blacked out. Flat thin pillows. No comforter on beds was more like 2 sheets. Believe was blood on the walls in 1 of the rooms. Have to check in at the motel next door dont allow you in the lobby at any time. Was only there 1 night slept fully dressed with shoes on cause this place is so disgusting. I was fortunate they dont allow service animals even when announced at check in and was asked to leave with a partial refund. When i called expedia they couldnt get in touch with the property so still waiting on that.

I got the impression that they didn't want people to come back. I guess they make a living off first timers or people with low expectations. No microwave, refrigerator, Wifi, coffee maker, ironing board, or swimming pool. Half the lights in my room were burnt out. There were groups of guys just hanging out around the rooms or a guy here and there just in his doorway staring. They all looked like thugs. Plus, the room I got faced the interior, so I had to park where I couldn't see my car and had to bring in my stuff in several trips passed groups of guys just watching.

I didn't like the fact that my Orbitz reservation didn't go through even though I had already paid. I ending up having to pay $62.77 for the room even after paying Orbitz $47.09 when the reservation was initially made. I did not like the fact that the room wasn't ready at 2:00 pm whoch was the check-in time and I had wait until 3:00 pm to check-in and to top it off, when I got to my room, it still wasn't ready. The woman cleaning the room was Wonderful! She said if they had told her to have the room ready by 2:00 pm, it would have been ready. Do there was miscommunication all over the place.

Wyndham should be ashamed and embarassed of their name being associated with this property. It was a rough, run down, very much in need of maintenance property in an area with homeless people on the corners. The room I was in is in dire need of a plumber - sink would not turn off and potty ran continuously after a flush (yes, I shook the handle and jiggled the inside flap to no avail) and an electrician - some of the wall plug receptacles would not hold a plug in place (would fall out as soon as you let go) and the AC/heater unit did not work - knobs would just spin - and it was not plugged in but their were no wall receptacles near enough to do so. Carpet was torn and missing is some places. No weather stripping around door - light and wind came right through. The tube of conditioner was half used. Yes, it was cheap, and you get what you pay for, but I've stayed at similarly priced places, and they were nowhere close to the run down condition of this place. On the "good" side, the room was clean with no bad smells. Bed was comfortable and clean. There was a microwave and a refrigerator (it was noisy). It is 50 feet off the highway service road, but it was surprisingly quiet. I didn't feel as safe as I'd like - even with the door locks on, the door was moveable, so it wouldn't take much to break in (I placed the luggage rack and my suitcase in front of it, so it would offer an obstacle. This place needs serious help.

DISASTER!!!!!
To check in, you cannot go into the lobby. You are required to walk to the next property over and stand outside in below freezing weather for an extended period of time at a window affixed to the side of the building. No cover, no walls. Just standing outside in the weather elements. Completely filthy hotel. Furniture was entirely destroyed. Stains all over the carpet. Property had no cable for the television, and when asked about it the window attendant got rude and closed the window. Complete lack of service at this property. Stay ANYWHERE except this horrible place!

NOT WORTH THE LOW PRICE
The property is trashed. The stairs appear to be falling down. The hotel was on lockdown and you had to go to an equally awful hotel next door to check in thru a window. They also DO NOT answer the phone and require a $30 deposit. I would suggest your site cut ties with this property and the one next door. They are trash.

Well can't love that they charge a deposit although I had already paid for the room. Or that none of the amenities like breakfast or even coffee were available and not mentioned on the website. The TV remote only works when you stand in front of the TV. The shower was fun it has enough water to rinse one small spot at a time and the changing water temperature will help wake anyone up. Not sure if I should recommend you wear socks while walking on the carpet not sure if all the black greasy dirt will come out of your socks it took quite a while to come off a bare foot. The pillows are super comfy and probably the only good thing about my visit. I could say the metal edges are good for keeping you from falling off the bed but don't try sitting in the bed edge it's just a bit painful. They are kind enough to put a fridge (that doesn't keep anything cool) and a microwave (that has just as must crud in it as the carpet) in the room. The room was cheap but for the same price the other super 8 in town is worth the drive to stay at. I will not be recommending it staying at this location again. It's a shame that the super 8 motel chain let's place like this exist under it's name.

Don’t book there
The room ac had no knobs, dirty walls, bath tub drain wa very slow so after shower your standing in 4” water. Carpet had not been cleaned in years. Bedding was a sheet and a sheet bed cover. No blanket on bed. Room had dirty marks all over walls. Burn marks all over room. No breakfast was available.

Don’t stay here!
This place is a dump! Totally locked up and blaming it on Covid-19. No breakfast, no refrigerator, no microwave. no coffee in room, no soap or shampoo. Carpet was filthy, sheets were stained. An embarrassment to Super 8. We would have tried to get our money back and move but didn’t have time.

There were roaches in the room . One lamp had no shade on it and another one didn’t work at all. The carpet had a hole in it. I would never stay here again. They also require a $30 deposit.
