Would stay there again.Posted Jun 25, 2012 on Hotels.com
Our first experience at a B&B and I must say that the Arcadian has set the bar pretty high. We really enjoyed the charm of the house. Be sure to browse the main room down stairs as there were many wonderful tidbits of history. We found the history of the home to be very interesting. The wraparound porch with rockers was a very nice place to relax. The owners were very nice & courteous. The breakfast (which is brought to your room) was incredible. The only cons I thought about was the powder room was incredibly tight. But we will most certainly try to stay here again when we want a little getaway.

Stay at the Arcadian--you will NOT regret it!Posted Jun 22, 2012
Pros: The little extras, like a small plate of homemade cookies on your table every afternoon after your room has been remade
Cons: Absolutely NONE.
Location: This location was centrally located within walking distance of all of my activities, but it is very close to OKC and Norman, which was very convenient
This 100+ year old house has been very lovingly renovated and furnished by Gary and Martha, the proprietors, and proved to be an exquisite place to call home for a few days. The house is huge and crammed with character and many antique items which can allow you to pretend you are "back in the day'. You can come and go as you please, view a photo album/scrapbook from the house's original owner's era, sit on the front porch to catch a breeze in a comfy old wooden rocker, check out the neat Gift Shop on site or bury yourself in your room with a movie, CD or the jacuzzi. You could not ask for kinder treatment by the owners and I felt spoiled the entire time I was there. When I go back to OKC, I plan on keeping this place as my home base!

Don't miss out on this romantic getaway!Posted Jun 15, 2012
Pros: the perfect romantic getaway
Cons: that I was there alone....
Location: near UCO and downtown Edmond, charming safe community with all the benefits of OKC just a few minutes away
My only disappointment with the Arcadian Inn was that I was there by myself! The romantic and thoughtfully appointed accommodations, candlelight breakfast served in the rooms, jacuzzi etc were wasted on me traveling alone on this trip. Couldn't help but appreciate the great linens, wifi service, cookies and other goodies made available to guests. Warm, wonderful hospitality and not to be missed! I own several 4 and 5 star large branded hotel properties and have high expectations in accommodations, no disappointments here!

I have never stayed at a bed and breakfast and did so as a treat to myself. I loved the experience! The breakfast was wonderful, the room was awesome and the staff was great. If you want a charming old house by a nice campus, this is the place.
