Old world charm

Lovely hotel, rooms are spacious and comfortable. The view from our window was beautiful, one of the only times I have felt comfortable keeping my window open. My favorite part is the outdoor pool. It is like visiting a country club. Lion fountains shoot water into the pool. Seating is plentiful & nice. A great summer time stay & the landscape around yhe hotel very nice.

Loved out stay. The service was exceptional, especially everyone in the restaurant went above and beyond for our family. They anticipated and met our needs before we even knew what we needed. So helpful and attentive. Great with our kids too

Room needed maintenance. Parts missing like towel hook on Bath door. Missing refrigerator. Tub surround had grime and black mold. Obvious rug had little care as it had sticks and leaves. Free coffee in the lobby was the only "perk" observed.

OKC weekend with friends.

Pros: Nice, upscale and comfortable.
Cons: parking
Location: Great location right off of I-44. We went to Bricktown for an afternoon and to Remington Park one night.
I suggested the Waterford to my friends as five couples were meeting for a reunion in OKC. My husband and I stay there often and love the breakfast. The location is convenient and in a very nice area. Everyone was pleased and said they slept well.

Still a great hotel

Pros: The location is wonderful, and the rooms are very nice.
Cons: The restaurant in the hotel needs to be replaced. It's awful in so many ways. The bar is fine, but not the restaurant.
Location: If you want a great dinner, lunch, or brunch, go to Bellini's, on the hotel property.
My husband and I stayed at the Waterford over Mother's Day weekend, and we were completely happy with our stay. It had been years since we stayed there and we were happy that it was still top notch. The room was clean and nice, and everything worked well.

Not coming back for sure

My husband and I have stayed at a lot of hotels, the rate is very high for what you get in the room. Nothing really stand out for the price, no microwave, no refrigerator. For $219 a night you still have to buy your breakfast. I was comparing my stay at other hotels, paid half the price and you get your moneys worth. The shower doesn't work properly, water was all over the floor because the shower curtain is too short to stop it, who does that? Our room was on the fifth floor.
