I thought with a rating of an eight out of a 10 I couldn’t go wrong. But the gentleman at the desk seem to be more frustrated that I was interrupting the phone call with his girlfriend, then actually helping me check in. The shower curtains are filthy. The floor was dirty, white crusty stuff was stuck in the carpets. Just not a very clean room, shower or bathroom bathroom and all through the night I could hear all the vehicles on the highway would not recommend staying here if you want a good nights sleep. Oh, and by the way, the bed was like laying on a piece of plywood .

The room was ok, but geese honking on a pond behind the hotel was annoying. Breakfast was good and the hotel is decent, but a little high priced.

The property is being renovated but the work didn't impact my stay. There were no noise, dust, construction issues. The hotel is on the edge of the retail/commercial area so walking to restaurants was a little limited.

If you want to have the experience of having a husband then this is a good place to stay we were hearing someone snoring all night that was awful, breakfast ended at 9 am. I mean who is wake up before 9 on a Saturday 👎, also they don’t have shampoo in the rooms other than a little bottle for 4 people 👎, otherwise it was fine I guess.

So, if the room is occupied it says the guest stayed in the hotel. Overall we were pleased with our stay here. The view of the lake from our window was very nice. Plenty of places to plug in to charge our phones. The shower was great, but the drain plug for the bathtub kept wanting to close the drain. The bathroom floor could have been a little cleaner. And the bed did sag a little bit, but not too bad.

When we reserved rooms for 4 nights, nowhere did it say construction was happening on the building from 8am-5pm. If we had known that, we would have chosen a different hotel. The next day, we found out there would be no water from 11am-5pm. Why didn't they tell us when we checked in? We had to arrange our schedule around their water issue. On one of the nights, our toilet kept running, an effect of turning the water off. They worked to get us another room but it took an hour and it was already late. Breakfast was subpar, I get that it wouldn't be stellar but the scrambled eggs were too watery and there was no whole wheat bread or apples. On our first morning there, we needed tissues in our room. I asked at the front desk and the man there told me the didn't offer tissues anymore. After we switched rooms after the toilet issue, there were tissues in our new room. I don't appreciate being lied to because someone was too lazy to look for a box of tissues. The room they moved us to was odd. There were no sprinkler heads and the curtain wasn't attached right. The base of the toilet had urine on it. We've stayed in these properties before with no problems. After this experience where it seemed everything was bad, we won't ever stay there again. On a positive note, there was one man who did help. He was very apologetic and nice and I appreciate the effort he put in to make things right.

The room we stayed in had some type of gross black mold or something in the tub, the security lock on the door was loose, and we could see where the door had been previously forced open. The young lady at the front desk was very nice & gave us a new room immediately. In the second room, the tub wasn't very clean either but it was late & we were only staying one night so we didn't raise the issue again. Overall, we would not recommend this hotel, which is a shame because the room designs are really cute.

The room was clean. The breakfast was fine. The standard. The only issue I had was that my room keys stopped working twice during my 3 night stay. They switched out my keys quick and easy.

Just keep driving…
After check in you walk down the hallway and it smells like the floor has been on fire. Get into the room and it’s a million times worse smelling, thankfully we had some freeze in the truck. Shower doesn’t drain, you can hear pounding all night which sounds like shoes in a dryer and could be cleaner. Basically didn’t sleep…

The sheets were so thin you could see through them. The pillows were lumpy and flat. The floor in the bathroom the grout was dirty and the tub was discolored it looked dirty. I didn’t take a shower.

The hotel was fine. Parts were a little run down and our bathroom had some cracks in thw shower and the toilet was really really low? The beds were super comfy. The staff that checked us in was very nice and got us into our room early. The people the next morning were hard to find, but I think he might have also been in charge of breakfast which was also just fine.

I enjoyed everything about this place. The lobby area was cute as could be, the breakfast area was well maintained and the breakfast itself quite nice. My only suggestion would be to get rid of the carpet in the pet rooms- though it didn’t smell, it was obvious by the way my dog was sniffing that other dogs had done their deed some where.
