Hotel nyaman untuk liburan keluarga

Meskipun suasana dan fasilitasnya masih terasa "tua", namun secara keseluruhan kami puas menginap disini, terutama anak kami.. Kami menginap di kamar executive, kamarnya sangat luas, kayanya baru drenov jadi furniture masih bagus dan tidak terkesan "old" lagi.. Yang kurang hanya untuk room service lama skali responnya, mungkin karna lagi penuh banget ya.. Tapi scara kseluruhan kami puas, dan tidak ragu untuk kembali kesini..

Old hotel being renovated.

It was an old hotel being renovated. I found the interior and furnitures were 70% new but the exteriors were old including the windows. I found that staying at this hotel was pricy considering the level of hotel's condition. The hotel facilities and access though, were fantastic especially for family or if you have little children. The kids playground, swimming pools, as well as access to theme parks and many facilities at Taman Impian Jaya Ancol were the first reasons to stay at this hotel. I would recommend this hotel.

Kamar Yang Panas

Pros: Kolam Renang.
Cons: Kebersihan kamar. Harga dimurahin dong mahal amat.
Location: Berenang yang asik.
Saya menginap 1 Malam di Mercure dan memesan Kamar deluxe, setelah saya check ini saya di upgrade ke executive room, awalnya senang dengan view yang bagus. Setelah beberapa jam kesenagan memudar pas saya tidur denga anak saya berkeringat dan saya cek suhu AC tidak turun kisaran 26-25 Celcius. Biasanya saya tidur di gubuk kamar saya AC 18-20 derajat celcius. Saya menghubungi bagian terkait dan staf penyampaikan akan didatangi petugas untuk memeriksa AC selang beberapa jam sekitar 3 Jam belum datang juga akhirnya menghubungi kembali dengan staf dan akhirnya setelah 20 Menit datang. Tidak ada yang berubah karena sudah larut malam saya datangain receptionis di lobby untuk mengganti kamar dan diarahkan ke Grand deluxe singkat cerita karena sudah kelelahan bermain di pantai akirnya kami menerima tawaran untuk pindah kamar dengan max 23 derajat celcius.yah apa lebih buat daripada saya tidur dengan 25 derajat celcius...setelah di cek rupanya ada kebakar di central AC nya dan sedang melakukan penambahan freon.

Decent but old room

Overall the stay was decent. The room was clean though the facilities were old and the hairdryer was not usable at all. The service staff had to change the battery of our safe. The room size was bigger than expected but the room was stuffy even though the aircon was turned on.
