“Good for the money”

basically good for the money,various lights in room not working,very little ventilation no windows,Breakfast was coffee or tea in flasks ,cereals and do it youself toast and jam (.I thought It was a full breakfast)

“Outdated.”

Where do i start - I told them i was bringing my 3 year old child - NO lights in car park. Get to reception - our room is top floor - through a maze with no lift Three separate single beds. Dirt on the floor when i pushed the beds together very tired dated decor and furniture. used it to sleep and leave..skipped a poor breakfast and went around the corner for it. Tv did not work. and dirt still in the cupboards. Never written a review before but felt compelled to..

“Our weekend visit”

Arrived at 11pm to be told there was some 'confusion' which we never did find out what it was. The hotel is in need of general upgrading and may be in the process of having it done but it needs this badly. It is bit of a maze of passageways It's an OK place for a room to put your head down but not many creature comforts and no one serviced the room for our second night, no change of cups etc.

“Worst hotel ever stayed in! Needs closing down !!”

This hotel was the worst we have ever stayed in. Rooms were dirty although bedding and towels were clean. TV didnt work, one of baths out of order and air conditioning was a "fan" !! Fire safety hazards in corridors. Directions to rooms on printed paper stuck on doors. Beers only available in cans, not draught, plus had to wait 20 minutes to be served. Wasn't told you need to order cooked breakfast until the morning when you have to order it the day before. They advertise weddings here - my word, there is no way anyone would even think of it !!! The hotel needs knocking down and rebuilding !!!! Don't go !!

“Grim”

We booked 3 family rooms, all great size BUT broken glass on floor, dead flies in lights, most of which had dead bulbs in. Windows either false/stuck/nailed/barred or not lockable (a stranger ran though our room), water coming through ceiling. Signs homemade looking and misleading. Manager unprofessional looking. no breakfast first morning because we had not ordered the night before, but were not asked! One pillow per bed, not enough towels. Odd stains on sheets, some new ones appeared during day! general creaking of floorboards. Filthy, horrid.
