I checked in at 3 Check in time, I was told my room was not ready, & they would call me when it was ready. Rude, as if it was my fault. AT 4, I returned , my room was still not ready, as I saw 4house staff working out the front door. At 4:25 I received my room, no opologies or explanations..The whole staff needs better customer service training & team building. Marriott corporate needs to review this hotel.
