Lovely room, great shower with lots of water pressure! Nice sofa area to relax on. Available Starbucks brand HOT tea in the dining area early in the am. Staff everywhere were very pleasant despite having to work on Christmas.

We had a very easy check in..the room was very nice and clean. We had a very pleasant breakfast in the morning and the staff member there had a great personality. The hotel overall was very nice.

I checked in at 3 Check in time, I was told my room was not ready, & they would call me when it was ready. Rude, as if it was my fault. AT 4, I returned , my room was still not ready, as I saw 4house staff working out the front door. At 4:25 I received my room, no opologies or explanations..The whole staff needs better customer service training & team building. Marriott corporate needs to review this hotel.

What I liked was the friendly and helpful staff. The ice machine on the 3rd floor was not working, and the maintenance man went out of his way to get me ice from the kitchen. What I didn't like, the house keepers did a mediocre job. They did not do a thorough job daily. sub standard.

Premises neat and clean. Room well furnished and well laid out. Towels were clean and fluffy. Housekeeping staff was very cooperative. However, a front desk employee refused to assist when asked by phone whether oatmeal was on the bistro breakfast menu, telling us to check the menu in our room. When advised there was no such menu, she said oatmeal was not offered. Turns out she was wrong, but lacked the motivation to check for us.
