My overall stay fit the needs for my weekend stay. Room was clean but had a very peculiar smell. Suggest a different type of set up on Windows. I would have thought the window covering would block out light but didn’t. The lights from the parking light was distracting while trying to sleep. Breakfast was good but cold, even though it was in a warmer. I realized after I ate that there was a microwave available in the dining area.

Olive Branch Stay
Friendly Staff, Clean and Quiet Stay. Nice area and not too bad of a drive into Memphis away from the city. Great place to stay!!

The spotlight was shining right in the room over the shades. Like a fluorescent bulb on roller bar furniture was very uncomfortable.

Birthday party 2 doors down.
Arrived on Friday was given a handicapped accessible room instead of what I booked. So NO counterspace in bathroom to put anything. Saturday night when we returned to room was a party going on in meeting room 2 doors down from my assigned room 104. VERY LOUD MUSIC N DANCING, PARTYING going on. I called front desk and she said the party would last till 1030. We couldnt even hear our tv in our room. Never experienced anything as rude as this before. If you gonna allow a party with loud music, dancing n partying.....then u should relocate your guest to another floor. Also when I called front desk to complain was told party will only last till 1030.

good stay, pool area was closed. The couch in room 105 has a lot of stains on it that are visible. Makes you not want to use it. No washcloths in bathroom. Front desk did give us a couple. Like the hotel

The rooms are extremely outdated. The bathrooms could use some extra cleaning and new shower curtains. I inquired about the pool and was told it was open and to my surprise the pool water was dark green. Completely unexceptable. I contemplated leaving the property in the middle of the night as I was so disgusted. I will never return.

Very nice hotel - clean, pleasing atmosphere and pleasant staff. The only thing that I would have changed was not to be in a room by the elevator because we could hear the “ding” every time someone used it.

The staff was great. Lakitha upon check in was warm and friendly she made us feel like we were at home. Anything that we asked for (extra towels, blanket etc) was taken care of quickly. Roy at check also didn't disappoint. The cleaning staff made sure our room was clean and welcomed us. We will stay here on our next visit.

The room was spacious enough to accommodate my family. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean. Breakfast was prompt and delicious! Most importantly.. I can't say enough good things about the staff!! Those at the front desk were wonderful. They made us feel so welcome. Great Customer Service!! They exceeded all my expectations. They did an outstanding job from check in til check out!! I really appreciated that!!! The next time my family and I are in Olive Branch.. we'll definitely be staying there again! I would recommend this hotel to anyone!! It may not be a five star hotel by the building... But the staff is definitely 5 star and beyond!! Great job guys!!

We had a fairly pleasant stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Check in and my request for linens felt awkward with the woman at the front desk but I looked past it. Unfortunately, I forgot my wedding bands on the nightstand. Nearly three hours into our drive home, I realized it and called the hotel. I am certain of exactly when and where I set them down. Again, the interaction with the same woman at the front desk felt awkward over the phone. No tone or words of concern or care. Supposedly, housekeeping did not find them. I do not feel that my concern was taken seriously. I am so sad to have lost my wedding bands of 18 years.

The person working the front desk was not attentive, didn't welcome us and seemed preoccupied. We asked that the bed be made up for the couch because we were arriving at 1 am with 4 kids. They said yes in text. It wasn't ready, nor did it have sheets. I went downstairs to get some, and after being gone for so long, he handed me a wet pillow with spilled cleaner on it, and the comforter smelled strong of cleaner as well. Poor service. Food was pretty good, bed was comfy and the room was damp. I was later told my carpet was cleaned that day...?

Loved this hotel! Everyone was so friendly! Very good breakfast with lots of choices! Hotel and room was very clean. Only one negative thing, pool was not super clean. But we still loved our stay!

we are sorry about the smell of marijuana in the room. Let me assure you that we are a 100% no-smoking hotel of any smoking products. I also believe that you where offered a discount on your next stay because of this. Some people will smoke in a hotel regardless of if its smoking or not and again we a 100% NON SMOKING HOTEL. We would of Gladly changed your room if not for the fact we we sold out and that's why we offered the discount on your next stay. Lady at front desk is on drugs by the way she was acting, but she was friendly. When we got to our room, there was not 1 towel. I went back to front desk and was given 2 towels for 5 people. There were stains on bedding. Breakfast was good. A nice gentlemen showed me how to use the coffee machine at breakfast.

Let me assure you that the lady who you claim to be on drugs' is NOT ON DRUGS.
