“Exceeded expectations for $$$”
This was a cut above most of the places we stayed in the area on a one-week trip, and was one of the least expensive. The room was nice, although a bit overdone with too many pillows and a giant down comforter in the middle of August.

i have stayed here before and my room looks like it had new bed linens, and maybe some redecorating.

The personel at this hotel were quite wonderful. Housekeeper service was good. Hotel is located next to main interstate which is a big plus. My main complaint regarded internet connection in the main lobby. It was not functioning half the time I was there and the fact there were computers to use was the main reason I chose this motel. Manager came briefly in the morning & always got the computers operating again but by afternoon they were down. Inexcusable.
“Maid service”
I left for the day at 10:00 a.m. returned around 5:30 - 6:00 p.m. Was very disappointed that I had no maid service that day. I had to return my breakfast dishes to the reception desk and ask for clean towels. I repeatedly passed the same trash at the back entrance for two days. If it hadn't been for those disappointments my stay would have been very nice.
“Great motel”
Just a great motel. I iwsh they had wireless but they provided the cable for hook-up so not a big deal. Everyone pleasant and a REAL breakfast. Staff super friendly and nice. I'd not stay anywhere else in Kingman.
“Another Great Best Western”
I remember when Best Westerns were remodeling and wondering if the result would worth all the inconvenience. It was. I have stay at many Best Westerns in small town across the west and the they are always super clean, quiet and pleasant to be at. Best Western Tumwater was no exception. I would recommend it to anyone. Great value for the price.
“Conveniently located”
I stayed here twice within 3 weeks in July/August. The place is somewhat dated but it's clean and the plumbing, fixtures & a/c are all in proper working order. The in-room fridge & microwave are also clean & in good working order. There are several restaurants & fast food places in walking distance as well as a gas station, Fred Meyer store and very easy access to I-5 in both directions. It's also a fairly direct shot to the Capitol campus just a few miles away. The mattresses were a little soft in both rooms I had, otherwise it suited my needs perfectly for the quick business trips I was on. The staff was pleasant & competent. I really couldn't complain.
