We had a fantastic stay! Great value for the price. Clean and comfortable. The only frustration is that there was a hot tub advertised and it CLEARLY has not been in use for some time. Please don't advertise amenities that are not available.

This is a great hotel. It was as clean as it can be for the age of the building and staff accomidated anything I asked. They had a corporate manager onsite one day and i appreciate the acknowledgement as well. As a company they don't have to send people to review but this corporate manager was on top of it. I've worked for government my entire career and when you see someone away from their desk, engaged with the supply (for lack of a better term) it's inteegring. I love the location. Beautiful building. I am doing chemotherapy and had trouble walking while staying so they put us on the first floor. Great staff. Thank you very much.

It's not the fault of the hotel at all, but there is an abandoned gas station in front of the Best Western and it looks pretty shady. Most of the surrounding area is fine - offices and restaurants. It will be nice for the hotel when the construction of the main intersection out front is complete as well.

Woman at the front desk was unfriendly and unhelpful. She told me three different times she couldn't help me and didn't know the answer to my questions. I Never was accommodated or helped. Knocked on my door 2 minutes before check out to tell me My time was up and I had to leave. Was rude when I left said I was yelling at her when I was just telling her it was completely unprofessional and unnecessary to knock on paying customers door. Thankfully, Kyle the gentleman that worked there when I checked in Friday night and later on Sunday was very professional and helpful.

They are doing construction on the main street, so difficult to get in & out, but not the hotel's fault. Very nice staff!

Staff was very attentive and right there when you needed them. Friendly. Provided breakfast was ok, didn’t have biscuits and gravy, bacon or pancakes. Otherwise, it’s was an overall great experience. Would stay again.

I made reservations weeks ago and requested a room close to the desk because of mobility problems. The person who checked me in was barely civil and after seeing my crutch, was reluctant to accommodate my disability. Finally, she grudgingly found a room on the main floor.

Excellent staff that have superb customer service. Breakfast options were pleasant & it is fun to see what warm options would be available each morning. Slightly disappointed with the disposable items plates & utensils used for breakfast. It was a nice touch having cookies available in the evening. I would definitely stay here again when visiting the area.

Staff, service,and breakfast were fabulous. The room design is uncomfortable. Toilet and shower were in an area with a door. But, the sink and mirror area was in the main room. Flossing your teeth, putting on deodorant, and all those funny, little, PRIVATE things we do, have to be done in full view of anyone else in the room. Too bad. Otherwise its a lovely place to stay.

The room was satisfactory, all clean and intact. Worth noting was the height of the shower head! 7’ - the best hotel shower in a while for a tall person. All else was good, breakfast was legit, staff all nice and helpful.

Friendly staff, spotless property. Spent more than I usually do, but the breakfast and hot tub made it worth it. Area isn’t walkable, but I don’t expect that very often anymore. Would stay again no complaints.

The area around the hotel looks very run down. Our evening check-in clerk was very friendly. Unfortunately, I was unable to get hot water that night and the next day from the bathroom sink. Also, the breakfast was not good- the eggs and hash browns were cold and the pastries were stale.

Staff was very friendly. Facilities we’re clean. Room was missing grab bars near toilet and in shower. Room was also missing door plaquards to let cleaning staff know you didn’t need them or new towels. Didn’t like the powdered eggs for breakfast.

The staff at the hotel were super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The breakfast buffet was fantastic with a good selection at the hot food bar. The kids enjoyed all the choices and the staff kept everything full, even with a visiting football team eating at the same time. Everything was disposable so there was a lot of trash - so not a perfect score for the eco-friendliness. The rooms were comfortable.

Overall nice stay. The next door came in late, and the wall is not thick enough to isolate the talking noise. Complimentary breakfast is good, AC is cold. I also like they have microwave and fridge. WiFi is not great. Staffs were really nice to work with.
