Staff is very patient and friendly, the breakfast was really nice, rooms look pretty new and modern. For the price, this was a really nice and pleasant experience, i have absolutely no complaints. Rooms were clean, neighbors weren’t loud, staff was very friendly, and i got a good deal. If you are in the area and need a hotel with a pleasant experience i recommend this.

Quiet area. Decent breakfast. Cold shallow pool and cold hot tub on the second night. Friendly staff for the most part. Cleaning staff could definitely do better, I wiped dust from several areas. After pulling out couch and further making the bed, there was crackers and crumbs from previous guests.

The outside property was dirty, they put us in a room in front of their roof construction full of workers. After requesting a move they put us in a conjoined room and later tried to charge us. They night time front desk attendant was creepy about wanting to talk to me outside of my stay. The pool water was so cloudy and housekeeping avoid you. Never AGAIN!

Shari's, which is catty corner to the motel has great breakfast and I started all three of my days off there. The motel staff were great and instead of cancelling my stay when I got in super late, they called and asked me if I was coming. I appreciated this because my flight was late. I would have been sorely disappointed to get there and find out there cancelled me.

I like how cetral it is to what we wanted to do and needed. However it is an old hotel. Pool was cloudy. Rooms were dark and dingy. Hotel is beside a main hwy and we were on that side, so constant cars heard. Cold rooms, with the heat on. Also requested 2 playpens days in advance, however arrived and they only had 1 functional in the hotel. The other one was broken.

It's in a very convenient spot in Lacey with a lot of everything nearby. Food, gas, convenience, and easy access to I-5. Hotel itself is quiet, looks a little dated but it's charming and tidy. Staff is very pleasant and was very helpful! Parking lot doesn't seem quite large enough, so if you show up after 8PM to retire for the night, finding a parking spot is rough. I'd say that's about my only complaint.

Comfort Inn is the best place to go

Nice quick stay
For what you pay, our stay was goid. The hotel is situated among the trees and of the road so nice and quiet. The hotel itself is in the worn side but not that bad to beunhappy about. The room was a good size. Breakfast was good and the ladies at the front counter were friendly. For a quick stay, would recommend.

First room I was given was still dirty from the prior customers. Second room was “cleaned” but still found dirty clothes and food chunks in that room. Tried to talk to management and nobody was around and still haven’t heard from anyone. Definitely do not recommend this property for any stay.

I was right off the highway. Beds were ok and pillows were small. Hairdryer broken. Breakfast was ok. Biscuits were cold and gravy was luke warm. Juice was empty. Just overal breakfast was not good.

The location is great! So are the front desk stuff and the breakfast food. The sofa bed is not comfortable, and the shower water is barely warm. Not bad overall, but the walls are thin and you can hear neighbors.

The staff was extremely helpful and courteous especially the front desk. The rooms where very clean and over all I would most definitely come back and stay ther again given the chance. As for the breakfast I didn’t like the sausage I prefer my sausage a little crispy but that’s a personal preference it doesn’t not mutch I can do about that. Over all I really liked it and kudos to the employees thy did a great job.
