Small room, but good location

Posted Aug 21, 2014
Pros: Location, closer to I-5 and a calm area.
Cons: Rates seemed to be on the higher side. Rooms could be slightly bigger.
Location: Gas stations and restaurants near by. Didn't explore much.
We stayed here on the way to ONP. The room was a bit smaller, but is in a good location. Room was clean. Fridge and microwave were fine. Power outlets could have been placed at better spots. The entertainment set was blocking the socket and we couldn't even plug in the charger. We still had couple of other slots, fortunately.

Very comfortable hotel in a quiet spot near I-5.

Posted Aug 18, 2014
Pros: Good value and a clean and comfortable room.
Cons: The breakfast had no yogurt, not enough fruit, and was, from my point of view, full of unhealthy choices.
Location: We used it as a stopping point from Portland to Vancouver, BC. We left Portland late so getting as far as Olympia made the next day easier.
The room was comfortable, had everything you might want, including a small refrigerator and wi-fi, nice desk and good beds.

Liars

I called letting the hotel know I had flight issues and I would be arriving late and they said ok. I came the next day and they gave up my room and blamed it on Expedia when they lied.

Convenient, clean, and surrends by large trees.

Posted Aug 10, 2014
Pros: Surrending - park like.
Cons: Parking lot.
Generally speaking, this is a good hotel. The price is reasonable and they offer a breakfast with hot food and fruits. The only minor issue I had was the parking lot, spaces are tight and not enough of them. Otherwise, everything is good and worths returning to.

Short night's stay between Bellingham & Salem OR.

Posted Jul 28, 2014
Pros: It was a lovely landscaped place with winding paths and picnic tables under tall evergreens.
Cons: We didn't see any delicious cookies we had heard about. The TV works from the power switch by the door...that was a puzzle to figure out.
Checked in, went straight to bed, awakened just in time for 6:00 am breakfast. Slept well.

Beautiful Park-like Setting

Posted Jun 25, 2014
Pros: It was in a very convenient location, and I loved the beautifully landscaped setting.
Cons: Maybe a little more d├ęcor/art in the room. It seemed plain and sparse.
Location: It was close to shopping, restaurants, and the center where I attended a business conference.
This hotel is attractively decorated, very clean, and the staff was friendly, efficient and helpful.

The hotel staff was very nice and friendly. They were attentive to our needs, and kind when assisting. The pool was dirty and over chlorinated as was the hot tub. This didn't stop us from swimming! Overall we had a great visit, the dirty pool may have had something to do with the baseball teams staying and playing after their games.

Comfortable and Clean

Posted May 27, 2014 on Hotels.com
We stayed one night and the room was clean, the beds were very comfortable with pillow top mattress and four pillows on each bed, and the breakfast was good. The room was also nice and quiet, even with a baseball team of kids in for a tournament and staying on our floor. Once we shut the door it was quiet, although it could also be due to our exhaustion that we just didn't notice any noise. Location was great, right off the freeway, but you didn't hear the road. We pulled in right as it got dark, so the entrance was a bit hard to find; you can see the hotel once you get off the freeway, but you have to go to the light, make a right, then make another quick right and then another right into the parking lot it shares with another hotel. Ice machine and all other amenities are only on the first floor. Plenty of parking and places nearby for gas, groceries, or just to grab a bite to eat before heading back on the road.

Good stay

Posted May 13, 2014
Pros: The location
Cons: Comfort Inn is a brand we stay at often and this location had one of the worst breakfasts. Item choices were fine but the prep/taste needs help.
Location: Close to shopping mall, Saint Martin's college. Short drive to the Capitol and downtown Olympia.
The hotel is right off the freeway and a main road but the noise was minimal. It's very close to shopping, restaurants and groceries as well. It had visable wear and tear but was very clean. Smaller pool that was a bit cooler than I prefer but my child thought it was just right and the hot tub was very relaxing. It includes a free breakfast but save yourself the trouble and grab the free coffee and go across the street to Denny's or Shari's. The eggs and sausage had a odd taste, the gravy was watered down and so was the waffle mix. Overall it was a good stay for the price.

Clean and comfortable

Posted May 12, 2014
This hotel was kept very clean and had pleasant staff. The pillow options were a nice touch and the breakfast was a bit nicer than your typical continental breakfast. There were at least a couple options of protein instead of all carbs. It was relatively quite and a not over crowded.
