comfortable bed, but don't look under it!Posted Apr 27, 2015
Pros: ONLY plus was the comfortable bed.
Cons: CLEANING WHOLE ROOM, shampooing rugs would be nice too.
Location: bit had to find
The room appeared to be clean, untill I tried to find a plug in for my cell phone. Pulled out night stand and found change, chapstick, braclet and tons of garbage. Made the mistake of looking under the bed... lots of garbage and even a computer cord. I left all said things on the table upon my exit thinking a hotel staff may call me to see if I left anyting behind... NOPE. Never got a call.

Quality in on Quince OlyPosted Apr 26, 2015
Staff was extra helpful. Three different staff went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable. One staff got me breakfast as it was closing when I came down. One staff came to assist in the parking lot as we were trying to fix the automatic lock on the car door.

Quality Inn in OlympiaPosted Apr 3, 2015
Pros: Its proximity to downtown Olympia. Driving downtown is still necessary, however, as it is too far and unsafe to walk from the facility.
Cons: This facility needs a major remodel.
Location: There were actually too many busy streets surrounding this hotel to be able to walk to any attractions.
The front office staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel looks pretty tired and in desperate need of a remodel. The room appeared clean enough, but there were stains on the sheets and spots on the carpet. The four small pillows on the bed were quite unusual; they were shaped more like sofa size pillows and not very comfortable. It was fairly quiet but would have been difficult to sleep if my neighbors were noisier than they were. The hotel was located fairly close to downtown Olympia, but I thought that it was overly priced, considering the general appearance of the facility. The free breakfast attracted many patrons.

Pros: We stayed there based upon price and the ability to have our dog with us. The breakfast was nice.
Cons: Cleanliness and comfort.
The hotel is "off the beaten path" and not in a good way. The shower is disappointing. No water pressure and difficult to regulate the temperature. The beds were not comfortable. We needed a place close to our daughter that would take our dog. This wasn't enough to offset the poor experience.

Pros: It was quiet.
Location: Ask the Olympia chamber of commerce about this.
We signed in, slept, awakened at a proper hour, ate breakfast and left.

No-frills place to sleepPosted Jan 30, 2015 on Hotels.com
Friendly staff. Adequate room. Very old hotel needs upgrade. More of a truck stop off freeway than business hotel. About a mile from restaurants and downtown. Poor gym. Decent breakfast.

Good location not a nice placePosted Jan 27, 2015
There were a lot of extension cords and power strips in this room and many lightbulbs were out the lights in the bathroom - sometimes they worked sometimes they did not, the toilet was not clean or had a lime ring in it from not being cleaned properly for quite some time, the fan vent was full of fur and dirt and the beds were very uncomfortable there were knocks at the door repeatedly both mornings we stayed from housekeeping after telling the front desk that we wanted no service.

Good place for a night's restPosted Jan 19, 2015
Location: Convenient access to central Olympia and the Capitol.
Right off the freeway, but quiet, the Quality Inn is a convenient and affordable place for people simply needing a night's rest. It looks older and a little worn around the edges, but well-maintained.
