“Good value. lovely setting.”

Older property, but good value. Lovely setting overlooking Lake Quinalt, and a very cost effective alternative to pricier options.

“Rustic”

Our cabin was rustic with dark wood panelling, carpeting, and cozy with the gas fireplace. After being rained on all day in the rainforest during our hikes, we could dry out sitting around the fireplace. Even the bathroom had an extra heater to warm things up. Not a lot of counter space to cook meals. Overall a comfortable and clean place for our family of four.

“Lovely stay at lakeside cabin”

An excellent visit in a lovely cabin situated overlooking Lake Quinault. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, both in the resort and in the restaurant. The cabin was excellent, with a very comfortable bed, a cosy gas fire and a very relaxing spa bath! There is a lovely short walk through the rain forest just behind the resort.

“Great family hotel”

I would stay here again. Close to local trials and loved the largest tree.

“Outdated cabin in the woods?”

Location was perfect, great views, close to lake and rain forest. Room felt like visiting an older cabin, quite dated, including some outlets, light switches, etc. Walls were all wood paneling, which may have created some of the musty odor problem. Could use some updating, considering the price.

“Great location but disappointing accommodation!”

Very disappointing consider how much it costs. The hotel is very basic and dated. The room smell musty and needs to be air-out daily. The only redeeming value is the beautiful view of the lake and the peaceful setting. The restaurant, Salmon House, has great view and good quality food.

“No option if you want to stay near Lake Quinalt”

Everything is flimsy in this hotel. There is no lobby or reception desk. You have to go to a store to do everything. If you have been the rest of the Olympic National Parks, you need not stay in this area. The drive around the Lake is terrible, single lane most of the time and boken everywhere. The other hotel nearby is much better, but of course more expensive.
