It did not look nothing like the pictures they have hosted on their website. The stopper was clogged in the tub, so you couldn't take a shower. There highways was not will it up. Any one could have been waiting for you in the hallway and you wouldn't be able to see them. It was just unsafe it was just a nasty nasty place to stay at. I will not recommend this for my dog.

For a higher price than other hotels in the area, the hotel was old and worn. The picture showed a nice new room, our room looked 40 years old. The breakfast was next to nothing.

They have good waffles...but the staff babysits you while you wat to make sure you dont go up to your room with the food.

Find a different place! We had to be moved 4 different rooms. The place was dirt, fridges didn’t work, toilets were broken, and the pool/hot tub was closed. The front desk guy was high and drinking in the job and really was not much help. On top of all that I was charged $150 for deposit fees which I’m hoping I will be able to get that money back. EXTREMELY disappointed!

The staff that I dealt with was very unprofessional and didn’t seem to care that I booked that location for the pool only to find that it was closed when we got there. No where was it noted that the pool was closed when looking online. The tv kept turning on and off and the volume would go up even though the batteries were out of the remote and the reason they gave for what was happening had to be due to the remote. Also the keys didn’t work even though I tried and tried and the attitude the guy had was very condescending. I will never come back and will tell everyone I know not to book here.

We picked this hotel for the pool/hot tub, got there and sign on desk said closed for winter. It is an indoor pool. No where on website does it say closed. Dry wall, carpet and other areas were ripped out but not covered and kids could play in that area. Still had dirty wash cloths in our room. Would not recommend.

Disappointing.
The lobby was dark, and someone was complaining when we walked in. The room had stains and ripped furniture. And we were awoken by some type of altercation in the hallway at 4:30 am.

From the outside it looks very nice. I do not know who owns this property. But they need to take a serious look at their employees. I believe there were 4 guys young wild dirty looking guys, They look like they're at a party working. They're a wild party. The first room they took. It took us to was full of cobwebs. The toilet didn't work because there wasn't a part in the toilet. To make it work, the floor was filthy. The walls were filthy. When you walk to the door of the room ceiling, plastic tiles broken in pieces all over half. The doors didn't work with their cards. We were told to use the Back Door to let our dogs out and we could get back in. But the box on the back door was broken. Window 2 pane window one was shot out. I've got the pretty pictures we had to leave that hotel. We did not feel safe at all. It's a shame because it's in a great location and looks great from the outside but very, very unsafe. They said they only had one other customer that week oneGreek of marijuana.

This property is one of the worst property's I have ever stayed at! Absolutely none of the pictures on their site match the property. This property is just disgusting! Their site said they offer pool an hot tub and we got there to find out they are not operational. The light above the door to the room is out and uncovered. The bathtub had a hole in it. The shower head fell apart and we had to put it back together in fear of not getting our deposit back

Read drove over four hours to have a Omaha weekend specifically chose a hotel that had a pool for our kids that were on school break. Nothing was talked about when booking the room there was water in the pool but they said it was off limits. The second night we stayed. I asked the gentleman at the counter why it wasn’t working and he said the top jets in the hot tub are not working and I said really that’s why the whole pool is shut down the window in our room did not shut and let in cold air. You could hear everything outside the workout room wasn’t even a thing there were bugs crawling around on our floor. Breakfast was not good overall not a good stay and again driving 4 1/2 hours to just have a good weekend with our kids was not worth the money.

Don’t stay here, absolutely terrible hotel. Didn’t even disclose the Pool was closed. Would refund my money, when that’s the only reason I picked the place. When I checked in they put me in three different rooms. First one window was cracked and wouldn’t close, second the toilet was sitting with top open and didn’t work, third the shower didn’t work. We just decided to stick it out and stay in that room and left the next day. The staff was amazing that’s the only good thing about the hotel.

There was an issue with the room keys being deactivated everytime I left my room.Five separate times I had to walk down to the front desk to reactivate my keys. The light in the restroom fizzled out end of my first day and never got addressed or changed. The hotel says linens are changed every 2 days. I was there 3 nights and it never got done.

Not bad for what we paid. Pool was closed and room smelt like smoke even though we had a non smoking room. Didnt bother asking to change rooms cuz this seems to be "normal" im sure all the non smoking rooms would have smelt the same way. Not very many breakfast options. Check in guy was nice.

The biggest opportunity I would say is if you don’t have an operating pool or hot tub to pull it off your amenities list. That was the only filter I used and it was a disappointment.

I cancelled my stay after one night. The pool was not working. The room I reserved wasn’t nothing like the one we were given The bed was dirty and the frame was broken.

Disgusting place, had to change rooms 4 times and still was bad. Some other AmericInns are decent but this one is a complete nightmare, never stay here, even the staff working says the place is a dump.

We stayed at AmericInn for a concert at CHI Stadium. It has a quick 15 minute driver to the venue. The young man at the front desk was very helpful and had a sense of humor. He made us feel welcome for sure.

We stayed over the weekend and I mainly booked this hotel because it had a bathtub and pool and when we got there they said it was broken because so we couldn’t get in it. I could’ve found a cheaper place without a bathtub but we chose this one because of it. My girlfriend woke up with bed bug bite and when we told the guy he acted like he didn’t care. We took 30 min longer to leave since we were making sure no bugs were in our clothes and they still charged us $20 extra for those extra 30 min. The hallway smelled like marihuana and they didn’t clean up our room or towels after our first night. Employees look lazy and I don’t recommend this place to anyone. My self and friends will never come back to this place again. 👎👎👎👎👎

Bad Business
I was driving around to park to check, and all you could see is missing and torn up screens on the windows. I went in and there was z torn up sign on the counter about No Pool. I told the person at the counter it doesn't show that on the website, and she said i should've called to find out. Last time i stayed at another Wyndom, the pool was also out of service and our bathroom sink was clogged for 3 days, and the tv didn't work. I had no idea this was a Wyndham property. It looks like a run-down 70s motel. I did not end up staying here and want my money back.

We stayed in this hotel some years ago. It was nice then but hasn’t been kept up at all. Wallpaper pealing, torn drapes, bathrooms not in good shape. It will take quite an investment to return this hotel to its former condition.

Keep driving, dont be fooled by listing
Serious security issues, NO fault of the staff members doing best they can with what there is left. Windows not able to latch or lock, things are falling apart literally. Plus they ask for a 100$ deposit which they will accept less, paraniod about smoking which seems ironic being staff and guests clearly partake onsite. Beyond a low standard. NOT A GOOD STOP

Worst hotel visit ever
The front desk guy made a least that impressive first apperance talking about how he pretends to be homeless accepting money from passers buy and bragging about how much money he has received from doing so. The pool was out of order with no notice given untill we arrived to check in. When we entered our room the attached images is how we were greated. Did not feel safe to stay in that hotel. When asked for a refund the hotel refused and there was not a manager present at the hotel at all.

Showers were rusted and head was broken. Had to pay 100.00 deposit and then when we checked out they went to inspect the room and counted the towels, and pillows. Food was gross. Beds were small, and uncomfortable.

This property is extremely run down and looks like it's about to close. Landscaping unkempt, grass unmowed/unwatered, trash galore outside. Hotel rooms windows were fogged up and some were actually broken. Arm on chair in room were torn and chair was filthy.... Almost afraid to sleep in the bed. Old tvs... Pool was closed for no reason... This place looks like it's about ready to be boarded up.

This hotel is so run down it should not be in business. Pool is closed, light fixtures and ceiling tiles missing, no housekeeping, door lock broken, phone missing buttons, tiny beds, stained carpets, rickety elevator that was terrifying, hole hotel smelled of weed, old furniture and fixtures, extension cords running tv, clocks, fridge, and microwave wouldnt stay plugged in to old outlets, late getting breakfast out and it was little debbie donuts, 3 over ripe bananas, and one rotten mandarine orange.
