College VisitPosted Jul 3, 2015
When the desk clerk saw the size and age of my two grandchildren, she immediately upgraded us to two adjoining rooms with two beds in each room. Great move on her part.

Nice hotel convenient to many good restaurantsPosted Jun 28, 2015
Love this hotel, have great experiences every time, very comfortable beds, great rooms. Just a little disappointed this time the bathroom in our room was getting mildew on ceiling and could have used some work. Breakfast biscuits were hard, ran out of regular coffee and after they were informed waited for quite a while and finally gave up waiting it was never refilled.

Overnight Stay: grandma, daughter, grandaughterPosted Jun 22, 2015
Pros: Location, location, location.
Cons: A fuse broke during breakfast, so we ate in a darkened dining room.
Location: It is across the street from the mall. We shopped for a wedding gift, went to the church for the wedding, and went to one of the nearby restaurants.
We got to check in early so we could dress for a wedding. The staff was exemplary.

Adequate motel next to shopping mallPosted Jun 15, 2015
Pros: It was fairly clean and the breakfast was good.
Location: The motel is across the street from a nice shopping mall, so that was convenient.
The motel was fine, but not great. we had to get different room keys twice. Many guests had the same experience. Staff said it was a bad batch of keys cards. It was quite inconvenient, especially late at night with a tired child and nobody at the front desk.

Very scary place to stay!Posted Mar 27, 2015
Pros: Rooms are clean and neat but don't have any drinking water bottle inside. Coffee maker don't have any power outlets next to the table!?
Cons: Need security cameras behind the parking area to take care customer's vehicles.
Location: This is OK location , next to Zoo & Children's museum.
We saw early morning somebody's Jeep's window smashed ! I reported to the receptionist and his response was disappointing! Our Vehicle was parked next to the broken car! Thanks God, Our vehicle was safe. (According to the instructions of the receptionist, We parked our vehicle in the back of the hotel & that the place this incident happened) They have very good coffee & brake fast!
