The room and facilities was average. It was clean but worn. The pool was under repair. There was broken tile on the bathroom floor and peeling paint around the bathtub. The beds were comfortable and clean. The staff was cordial but busy and check in took longer than expected. The area was confusing to get to and next to some empty commercial buildings. Overall if you just need a bed the property was good but nothing special.

My girlfriend and I could not stay here because place is a disaster . Rooms smelled like cigarettes, actual dirt shoe prints on the bedsheets, black marks on the pillows, orange/brown stains on ALL THE TOWELS, and sticky carpet just to name a few for $150 a night. Better off staying at the double tree up the road for a quality hotel for the same price.

An older hotel, that is actually a Best Western. It actually made it hard to find. The property is older and somewhat run down. The curtains were moldy, the sheets stained and threadbare, and there was no water pressure in the shower. Not to mention the fact that you can hear everything from the other rooms and the bed was not at all comfortable.

It was a little confusing to get to- but we were getting to the hotel at almost 11pm, so in the dark. The room was clean & nothing was broken. Had we been there sooner, we could have used the pool before it closed for the evening too.

We arrived for check-in around 9:15PM after calling earlier to let them know we would would be arriving later. They were very amenable. However, the elevator floor was very dirty, bits and pieces of trash collecting along the edges and in corners. As we exited the elevator there was a large trash bag full of trash sitting in the hallway outside of one of the rooms. That bag was still there in the morning. When we pulled back the sheet, we found animal (?) hairs in the bed. I contacted the desk. They did provide a full set of clean bedding, but I had to come down to get it and we made up the bed ourselves. When making the bed, we found the mattress cover/pad had multiple stains. Disgusting.

My stay here was less than desirable. Not only was the front desk staff disrespectful on several occasions. Our room was filthy. The check in process took 30 minutes for a room that was booked several days in advance.. due to something the hotel messed up on their end with the booking. There was dirty towels hung in the bathroom, one of which appeared to have poop smeared all over towel. We brought the dirty towels as well as our concerns to the front desk, and was treated with nothing but disrespect. No apology or explanation was given. Our shower was falling apart and filthy dirty. Overall would NOT recommend this location.

The Lobby a/c was out and it was hotter in there than it was outside. The room was not as nice as you would expect for the price of the room. I'm sure the room wouldn't normally cost this much if the Men's College World Series wasn't going on. I got to listen to someone run up and down the halls on the floor above us until about 10:30 or so. The bottom of the shower curtain was covered in mold. If they really cleaned the rooms thoroughly this should have been taken care of. Oh well live and learn. I will not be staying at this Best Western again.

Dirty and rundown
Upon checkin, we looked at the pool and a health notice was posted that it was closed. Asked the front desk and they said the pool would be open, the water seemed fine but the cement around the pool was dirty, pool painting equipment was left scattered, tree leaves from it appears last fall (indoor pool but leaves on the ground? I don't understand - tells me they haven't cleaned it for a few months at least). The hallway leading to our room was dirty, food left out, not vacuumed recently. We went to our room and the pull out bed was dirty, room smelled, paint was peeling off the walls. Requested a new room and request was honored. The room was better but not by much. Requested additional towels, they didn't have any. Requested bedding for the pullout bed, told to stop back later. Was given a ripped up pillow case along with some bedding. Came back later, different person, gave me 4 pillow cases and 2 pillows. Overall - do not recommend.

When I arrived to check in, there was no one at the counter, it said to use the lobby phone to call the front desk, I was told it would be 5 mins before they would be back to the front desk and it over 5 mins before they showed up. Is there only 1 person on staff. I stayed here quite a bit in 2019 and 2020 and I was pretty happy. I am no longer happy. The elevator stinks, there is mold on my curtain, the cabinet door for the refrigerator does not stay closed, the rooms stink, the beds move when you sit down, there are stains on the bed spread. It just feels like a cheep hotel atmosphere any more which it didn’t back in 2019 and 2020. Very disappointed.

I stayed here recently for just one night. It was a bit challenging to find as it only shows Best Western on the signage. The front desk said they are working on getting that updated. This hotel definitely has a lot of room for growth as many repairs need to be completed. There is no smoking in all rooms, but we smelled smoke near our room every time we walked by. I did inform the front desk and they tried to address it. The room itself is alright, but I couldn't get the tv to play the live tv (Roku). Someone else had their Netflix account still logged in so we watched something on there. I let them know about this as we were checking out and I know if I had asked the night before, they would have come in to address it. I struggled to sleep as someone was yelling and banging on the door next to us for a couple of hours sporadically, until 4:30am. The water pressure was really bad. It took so long to take a shower. Breakfast in the morning was okay, it was missing some items. The front desk rep was in the kitchen area and refilled one item but he was yelling at someone on the phone the entire 15 minutes we were in there. Just really unprofessional. I went to the front desk to get my key card re-activated as both of them stopped working. I went to grab him from the kitchen back room as he was yelling. I came back around and he helped another guest who came off the elevator just one step in front of me. This hotel just needs some work overall.

This BW is okay. The room i was in had severe floor damage in front of the bathroom sink. The faucet for the sink also had a major leak, it would shoot water straight to the side and soak the vanity top. The elevator was out of service, the pool was closed "until further notice". Overall, this room was not worth the price.

We just need a night. The automatic front door did not work, so you had to open it manually, which was hard with a hand full of items. One staff member helped us this time. The receptionist did not say much at all, not sure exactly what he was doing as we had a pre-paid reservation, but it took a while to get checked in. The elevator was not working. The pool was closed according to another sign. Room was fine and clean. Breakfast was fine, too. Just not overall impressed.

Decent comfortable stay
Our room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. Temperature was easy to adjust and effective . It was very quiet. The pool was clean and was available all day.The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. Our only issues were 1) the hotel is a little difficult to find even using GPS. (We stayed several days and noticed others having similar problems) 2) the layout of our room had the only sink outside of the bathroom next to the bed. Odd but we would probably stay there again, as everything else was positive and we now know how to find it 😂

Hard to locate hotel
Could not locate hotel. Had called for directions. Still couldn’t find hotel. Stopped at another hotel to get directions. Still couldn’t find hotel. After driving around an hour finally found if. From outside looked like nice hotel. Decided not to stay there zt all since it was so hard to find and had an early morning departure in the dark and didn’t need to be driving all over to find Dodge St at 4 a.m. need better directions to locate hotel.

Solid stay in Omaha
A nice choice in Omaha. Clean room, quick and easy check in. Hot breakfast with biscuits, gravy and waffles. Quiet part of town, felt safe. I would stay here again.

The beds were hard as rocks! None of the three of us were able to sleep. The rooms are very falsely advertised in pictures! They were extremely tiny. We could not get to sleep because it was so bright outside with the street lights as there was a window air conditioning unit that would be covered up if we closed the drapes. Everything in the “full” breakfast was pre packed or pre made and was terrible. The hotel is very old and run down an extremely noisy! My son had asked one of the staff in the breakfast room about the maple syrup as my he cannot have corn syrup. She told him it was pure maple syrup I’m glad I double checked considering it was in a giant vat that said malted syrup! He would’ve become extremely ill had he eaten that. She was not the only staff to miscommunicate. The two men at the front desk were extremely condescending to women. They would not even acknowledge me until my 6’2” bearded husband came in! Also there is a huge communication issue! They were annoyed that we spoke English…in Nebraska!!! I absolutely cannot believe that we paid money to stay there! I would not stay there again if someone paid ME! My recommendation… Stay as far away from this place as you can! Omaha is filled with other places to stay.
