Frustrated & disappointed

Posted May 5, 2015
Pros: The TV worked & it was a quiet hotel.
Cons: Competent management & desk clerk, upgrade & clean the rooms, provide the services they advertise!
Location: Location is fairly convenient, close to downtown Omaha.
I reserved a non-smoking, double "deluxe" room with a couch & called to confirm the same. When we arrived, we were given one king bed. That was exchanged for a non-smoking, double room but they do not have couches available. The room smelled ok but when I opened the bathroom door, that room reeked of smoke. There was only one light bulb in the entire room that worked. We were given 5 light bulbs (we had to replace them ourselves). The sitting chair in the room was terribly stained in the seat. The carpet was dirty. A continental breakfast was advertised but they did not offer any type of breakfast, just coffee. Both of their soda/water bottle machines were entirely empty. When we asked the manager when he was going to fill them, he went into a storage room & brought out 2 bottles of water for us. The front desk continually had people waiting in line to complain about something. One man said his room was a mess, someone was apparently using his room. Smoking and non-smoking rooms were being interchanged, etc. We would not have stayed but the only available motel/hotel rooms available were 30 miles away from our meeting place.

Do not go this hotel.

We stayed 3 nights. They didn't clean our room at all even though we asked clean the room. Water leaks, no extra clean towels...... Just don't go this hotel.

Way too expensive/poor quality

Posted May 4, 2015
Pros: It was the only thing available for that particular weekend.
Cons: Pretty much everything; start with clean/new shower curtains and then make sure all the lamps have bulbs, and replace the stained comforters.
Location: Not too much - this was way out of town.
We took the last rooms available for the BH shareholder meeting. Prices were wildly inflated, rooms were not terribly clean, especially the bathrooms; internet service was weak or non-existent; had to ask twice for cups for the very minimal morning coffee service. The refrigerator in one of the rooms was not plugged in and there were bulbs missing from the bedside lamps. You can get this level of quality at a much lower price so stay here only as a last resort.

I would not unless all other hotels were full and it was the only place to stay

A bizarre hotel.

Reminded me of a college dorm. Eclectic mix of guests. Limited hotel staff - friendly and accommodating as possible but very overwhelmed. Room decor from 1970's. I overpaid due to upsell during Berkshire mtg - $179 for one night! price point should've been closer to $60.

Scary if you've got kids. The hotel looks like it's closed from the outside. There was spit in the elevator for 2 days. You can find a better place to stay.

Hotel was dirty and we did not feel safe.

Posted Apr 18, 2015
Pros: Would not go back.
Cons: Hotel needs to be updated.cleanliness was a big factor.
Location: Close to the airport. Close to shopping center.
Being that we were two collage age women, we were immediately cautioned when we arrived and the hotel was very isolated and there didn't appear to be many people. There were questionable people staying there and we felt the need to double check locks and were unsure about the whole place. We felt uneasy and had we not just been staying there for four hours to wait for a flight, we would have found another hotel. With this one, you get what you pay for $40 ....we will spend more money next time.
