We had a really clean room, pool was clean too. The toilet arm broke and they came and fixed it right away. If you need a fridge or a microwave they will bring one to your room. The only thing was that there is no free breakfast and no free parking. But hotel is worth the money.

Not a great

Pros: The cookies were nice
Cons: The A/C , The pool, and the cribs that you rent. They cannot be cleaned bc they are covered in fabric.
Location: Not close to anything really. But they do offer shuttles
Its was pretty disappointing for the cost of the stay. It was one of the most expensive hotels it Downtown Omaha. The rooms had very little AC. The staff was not terrible friendly. When checking out we found a woman on the phone, with no uniform or sign that she was staff behind the desk. She said she couldn't check us out and that they would have to email me my receipt. Two days later and we still don't have anything from them. The pool was very out dated. And to top off our visit there was a literal RIOT in one of the meeting rooms. They had to call every cop in Omaha to settle it. They "Closed" the hotel and would not let my husband in. Not worth it!!! Stay somewhere else.

Substandard Stay

Cons: Upkeep of the property. Staff needs to be more courteous to clients.
Very disappointed in our recent stay at DoubleTree. We have stayed at other DoubleTree's and have had very good luck. First, for the cost per night they could at least offer free Wi-Fi over your entire stay and/or a continental breakfast. They offered neither. The breakfast that was offered was good but was completely over priced! While my room was fairly clean, there was some general maintenance issues that needed to be addressed. For example, the shower handle kept falling off of the wall, one of the towel hooks fell off of the door as well, and the toilet would not flush properly. When we visited the pool we saw a RUSTY yellow pipe sticking out of the floor right next to the water! Not to mention that the pool itself is in need of new paint. When these problems were mentioned to the staff at the front desk, we were not given an apology but rather "Oh, well, these need things need to be adjusted." We will NEVER stay at another Doubletree, and this experience may have put us off of Hilton Hotels all together.

Overpriced, not as stated on website

Website said continental breakfast but there was none, took three tries for the stool to flush nearly each and every time, not willing to help on billing, mold in shower, they had the smallest queen size beds I've ever seen. Was sold room that should've had a microwave and refrigerator in it and there was none. Had coffee for a very short time early on one morning and then it was gone Location was good but will never stay there again.

Air Conditioning was not working (As per statement above thermostat). Room was uncomforterable due to high outside temperatures.

It took 5 hours to receive an iron from guess services and it was broken.
