Very comfortable, in a great location - restaurants and other amenities within walking distance. Love their breakfast spread in the morning - warm sandwiches, burritos, smoothie shots! Staff are always very friendly and very accommodating.

The hotel was okay. The staff was nice but the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. It's nice that the hotel is pet friendly but there were dogs in the room across from me that kept waking me up during the night because they kept barking. No free hotel parking. Overall it was okay but I would not stay there again.

Pros: Location and modern design
Cons: The public spaces are already starting to get a little dog-eared, or it just my be their level of daily housekeeping; dirt, stains some debris.
Location: Midtown is a nice two day destination by itself. Particularly like the shuttle service down to the Old Market.
Ours was just an overnight stay for a business dinner. And, we liked the value of Element compared to some of the comparable hotels "downtown."

Nice Eco hotel in a great location in Midtown

Posted Apr 6, 2015
Pros: Location
Cons: Was hoping for a restaurant in the hotel for room service
Location: Great restaurants, shopping and cinedine
Short overnight stay. Wanted to stay somewhere that would be in a different location and some place a little different.

Nice Midtown location

Pros: The quality of the hotel along with the proximity to excellent restaurants and bars. I also respect and appreciate the environment-friendliness.
Cons: Omelets available for breakfast would be the only thing I can think of.
Location: Restaurants ranging from a casual, good-quality dining with Mexican food at Cantina Laredo to an INCREDIBLE gourmet dinner and wine at the Grey Plum.
Very nice room value. Staff was very accommodating and friendly on a special anniversary celebration. I was surprised and impressed by the variety of items laid out for breakfast.

Place was cool. Very cool rooms and I loved the kitchen in the rooms. loved the green factor that maintained its efforts in all areas. loved the dogs and the dog friendly atmosphere. Sofa sleeper could be a little more comfortable but, most are not. Area was a plus, hip, fun, shopping, dining, made the stay even better.
