Newer hotel in an area of the downtown Omaha that is being redeveloped. Close to the Qwest Center. Great customer service and shuttle service.

The hotel was very nice. The room was clean and well maintained. It was very comfortable. The breakfast was good. The only thing that wasn't satisfactory was the location. It seemed to be in an industrial area. However, it looks as though the area was under construction, so that may change. The staff were great.

The hotel provided free shuttle service to and from the airport. I called them when I arrived and the shuttle showed up promptly within 15 minutes. My room was very clean. They provided free breakfast in the morning and had a good variety. There was not a restaurant in the hotel but a nearby restaurant would delivery to your room. Customer Service was excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends.

“Decent hotel for the price”

Conveniently located only a few minutes from the airport, and right around the corner from local shopping and arenas. Set back off the road a bit, so finding the entrance was tricky at first. They put us in a handicap room for some reason, but it seemed awkward for being set up for that. Clean, and fairly new. I would stay again.

“Front desk lady was GREAT!”

The girl working the front desk - ALONE - was fantastic! Shame on me - I cannot remember her name. The hotel was very busy with several groups coming and going and a lot of people making demands on her. She not only had to 'man' the check-in process, but also had to take care of a ringing phone. She was so helpful and friendly that she made our brief one-night stay there a very good one. We do not usually tip the desk help, but in this case we did, altho I'm sure it should have been more. Joe, the shuttle driver, was also great. Very friendly and dependable. He even shared a new joke with us! We were in Omaha for a family wedding, so most likely won't go back, but if we did we would definitely stay there again.
