Nice, clean, quiet and comfortable room. Hotel staff was friendly, helpful and courteous. Conviently located close to airport and downtown. I would stay here again! Thank you!

Pros: It was very clean and the staff was friendlly
Cons: Mattress was too hard for my back
Location: It was close to everything
It was a very nice hotel. Close to the TD Ameritrade complex where we were going to attend a concert. Concert was rescheduled but we chose to stay anyway and enjoy downtown Omaha.

Pros: Friendly staff.
Cons: I would suggest more security managing the parking lot.

The stay was nice but I would not recommend the continental breakfast, I thought it left a lot to be desired on the eggs, sausage and waffle batter...Just my opinion.

We chose this hotel because it offered shuttle service to the airport. We had reserved two rooms, one for three nights (with two double beds), nights one through three, and the other for two (a deluxe king), nights two and three. The first room was adequate, though it was clearly not a suite. The second room, smaller than the first, was hardly "deluxe." Moreover, it was poorly insulated and next to a busy elevator. The manager said that he had no other rooms but that one, though we had confirmed the reservation upon arrival on day one. So much for reservations! Yes, someone had to try to sleep in the bad room. The breakfast was good. There are far better hotels in Omaha at similar prices.

Thank you for reviewing your recent stay with us. I am sad to hear that you did not enjoy your stay and that we did not meet your expectations. We have standard rooms that have the basic 2 beds and then we also have suites that have the bed types and an additional seating area with sofa sleeper and microwave and refrigerator. I am not sure what your expectaions were for our hotel and I do appologize for the noise from the elevator but I wish that we could have done more for you to make your stay more enjoyable.
