Lots of homeless people leave in this extended stay hotel. They keep rooms clean. Beds are very comfortable but I felt uncomfortable walking in the hotel passing transient homeless families who stay there.

A lot of trashy humans in this area, actually it’s like a Hood Hotel, loud all night long, trashy people in and out all night long, I’d assume running drugs out of this Hotel, my room smelled like must and just blatant uncleanliness! Don’t book this craphole!

This property was very quiet and pet friendly, with all the amenities. The room was very clean and the service was impeccable. The kitchen was very convenient for the long stay.

Everything was really good for the prices. Friendly staff, plenty of parking, safe area. Has nice little kitchenette etc. One thing they could improve on is how hard the doors slam shut on their own. I could hear a huge slam every time anyone used their room door. It was a bit obnoxious. Other than that, I really like the place and would stay again.

I got this room for my son, while he attended a conference. He said it was a nice room, and he liked the supplies for the kitchenette. He was able to eat a lot cheaper than having to buy meals out all the time. It was a great experience, especially for the price of the room.

I chose this motel for its proximity to the hospital where my mom was in ICU. It was a little challenging to get to after dark due to streets that were intersecting and going every which way. But, taking it slow, my GPS got me there. Check in was easy and fast. There is an elevator, which helped with hauling my stuff up to my 2nd floor room. The room was clean and spacious. I liked having the long counter, the kitchenette, nice size TV, comfortable bed, and updated bathroom. There were no noisy neighbors, which I appreciated. It took me a few days to get the room temperature right for me and to get used to the noise of the heater/ac unit and the refrigerator. I needed to change my plans during my stay and it was easy to do. The hotel was able to accommodate my extended stay and I was able to stay in the same room. Just a note to the hotel in case I forget to mention this at the desk: when I arrived the burners on the electric stovetop were all the way on and the temperature in the room was over 80F. Housekeeping should be warned to check these before leaving the cleaned room. There is also a hole punched in the closet door that should be fixed. I didn't notice it right away as it is up high. There is no hair dryer, but you can borrow one from the front desk, as well as a whole list of other items. There was no dish soap at the kitchen sink. Overall a good place to stay when you need to be in Omaha.

Overall my stay was decent, the room was spacious and clean. My only complaint would be the noise from others hanging around the facility smoking outside my window (there should be a designated area for smokers) and the lobby area was dirty (trash in entryway/hallways)

Hotel is clean and orderly. Staff was polite and friendly. The intersection from Hwy 6 is a bit confusing to get through to its location. Kitchen is well provisioned for making our breakfast. I would recommend for staying in the area.

I like the convenience. This stay i was a little frustrated that the refrigerator wasnt working, i reported it to the front desk. Maintenance was to look at it the following day, they did not.

Would not recommend this hotel if staying in Omaha for fun. The bed was not comfortable and the hallway door did not block any sound. But, if you’re going there for work and just need a place to stay, it’s okay.

Movie theater not far away. That’s good because tv channels in rooms are not great . Reception is bad . Room is clean . Offers kitchen coffee pot toaster pans silverware. Coffee tea . Pretty decent .

Definitely a lot of loitering in the lobby, didn’t feel completely safe, yelling from rooms, stench of stale cigarettes in the hallways. Staff member checking in was exceptional. Sheets were wrinkled and chairs in room were stained. Would not staff here again.

We had a problem with the heater in our room. Due to the holiday there was no one to look at it. They moved us to the room right next to it with no issue. This was my third time staying here, and I like the quiet setting with a kitchen.

Price was good, room was clean.. but updates are needed. The first room we were given was seemingly occupied and locked from the inside. Given another room, it was clean and bathroom was nice. Many people seemingly live there or stay long term. Place is a good deal if you are ok with a few issues.

Housekeeping needs to do a better job between guests. Not clear if the room had been cleaned at all. This property is near Dodge Street which is a major highway so traffic noise and jake braking are part of the sound scape. Otherwise standard for this type of hotel.
