Nice hotel close to the home show

Posted Oct 14, 2014
Beautiful place and good experience. I was just surprised to agree to $99 a night and then be charged to park there for $12 a night. No free breakfast, minimum $16.95 breakfast. Then to use the weight room facility was another $10 a day. For the price it would have been best to stay at another hotel with free parking, free continental breakfast, and free workout space. Friendly service. Thank you,

The location was great. You're walking distance all of the downtown core. The shuttle to the airport is a bonus.

Omaha Hilton: Tell them you will have a car.

Posted Oct 5, 2014
Pros: Location, bed, quiet heater.
Cons: Better shower heads. See #1 above
Location: Close to TD Ameritrade ball park, Century Link Arena, Not too far from the zoo or the Old Market.
Only 2 annoyances. 1. The room card did not work in the parking garage and it cost us $8.00 to park for the 5 minutes it took to take our bags to the room and come back down to the garage. When we brought it to the attention of the staff their response was, :we do not look after the garage" and "you did not indicate that you would be needing the parking garage on your reservation" That left me kind of speechless, and I chalked it up to experience and not about let it ruin an otherwise nice night in Omaha. 2. The very loud woman who went from room to room waking her family shouting very loudly, "just making sure you are awake". But I guess rude people are not necessarily the Hilton's fault, but torqued me off just the same.

Awesome Omaha Hilton!

Posted Sep 23, 2014
Pros: Very clean, spacious rooms & the helpful staff.
Cons: Private pool area for adults.
Location: The shuttle took us everywhere which means everything we did was fairly close by but we didn't have to drive.
The staff answered all of our questions, pointed us in the right direction & gave us excellent recommendations. We would stay there in a second if we come back to Omaha.
