First night had neighbors who were very loud into the early morning - after addressing with hotel staff, we were given free breakfast/coffee the next morning, that was a nice surprise. Very clean room, comfortable.

Downtown-Close to Arts Venues

This hotel is part of the Renaissance of Downtown Omaha. It was easy to access, free parking, my room was beautiful, and it was easy to get to all the major attractions of Omaha. I really enjoyed my stay.

Good for the $100 range or less.

Poor layout for parking and getting into the hotel, got charged for overnight parking on the room and had to pay extra to get out of the parking ramp also (double charged). The TV remote had most of the writing worn off it so wasn't sure what buttons to hit, also no card in the room saying what channels were what stations. The air conditioner barely worked. Otherwise was a nice place, just not normal "Hilton" quality.

Hilton in Omaha

Hotel was good overall. The room was smaller than pictures showed and there was no closet.

Nice lobby and hotel with below average rooms

Posted Jul 23, 2014
Mostly everything decent. What you'd expect from Hilton until you get to the room. Bed and pillow quality not good. Bed hard. Pillows like rolled up balls of towels. Can hear every noise in the hallway, dogs whining. Really? We are allowing dogs to stay at the Hilton now? I got a great deal I thought on a stay cation. Would not stay here again for free. Parking garage had the smallest spaces I've ever seen.

Pros: Great location and amenities
Cons: Not charging for the fitness center. Seems a bit much.
Location: Easy walking distance to Old Market and Creighton.
Very comfortable stay, enjoyed bar area and restaurant staff great.

Cons: It would be nice to have vending machines.
We were in town for the Color Run. This hotel was the perfect location to get to the starting line and to get cleaned up after the race!

Single night

We thought the hotel was very nice. The staff could've been a little bit more friendly. I find it a little bit ridiculous that a nice hotel like this, you have to pay $12 a night for parking and pay for Wi-Fi.
