Pros: Cleanliness, newness of the room and it's furniture.
Cons: Can't think of anything.
Location: we limited ourselves to the hotel.
Arrived to a hotel under remodeling, however the staff was very accommodating to the construction. Room was immaculate and the pool area was the cleanest pool we've ever been to at a hotel. It also provided the most fun with the water slides and water mushroom. We left the hotel with a very positive feeling.

Under massive remodel and received some attitude!Posted Aug 17, 2013 on Hotels.com
The rooms were already remodeled and are VERY nice. There is a massive remodel going on here but I can't complain because the hotel is super nice. The only complaint I have is that I asked very nicely if we could sit in their hospitality room and have pizza with my family that they serve breakfast in and have their nightly reception in and was turned down for no good reason. And was rudely told that I "better not think I can eat pizza in the pool area either". So the manager on duty and her counter person's best suggestion for me was to eat pizza in my freshly remodeled room on their new linens, new carpet and new amenities. That makes zero sense to me. I asked for the room for 30 minutes so we could eat together. Very disheartening especially at a place where our family spent a week in and bought multiple rooms for multiple days. Would have easily received a "5" for all categories had I not received attitude and a "No we can't do that" attitude for something so simple and something we have done in many other places. So in summary, the hotel is nice, but don't expect the staff to be courteous or think outside the box for you to make this a "home away from home". Lose the attitude and don't act like borrowing a table would have been a big deal. Especially since it was ok a few minutes before that for a bunch of people to drink tons of beer and spill pretzels all over the floor during the "reception". Priorities are way backwards here.

Might be better next timePosted Aug 16, 2013 on Hotels.com
It was a nice hotel if they were not in the middle of renovation. We were very disappointed to walk in to such a mess of a hotel... Everything was torn apart and there was drywall everywhere. The room was very nice but I wish I would of known before we booked the hotel that it was being renovated because it made the stay a lot less pleasant.

great amenitiesPosted Jun 19, 2013 on Hotels.com
The hotel had everything we could have wanted, including a great pool. Also a good location, if you'd like to avoid the crazy Omaha traffic.
