“Great place!”

Great service, Got great usage out of the hotel shuttle, from going to the airport to being shuttled to work at UNMC. would stay again if work takes me back to Nebraska.

“Compassion in time of Need”

We were there for a sad occassion as we had a funeral to attend. The staff was great, in particular Bill. He was genuinely concerned and asked if there was anything he could do. His compassion brought me to tears. It is employees like these that will ensure that we return to the hotel in the future! We definately recommend!

Everything was clean and neat. The staff readily fixed any problem we had with our reservation.

“Excellent value for the money.”

This was exactly what I expected. Room was clean and well laid out, elevators were fast. Staff quiet and efficient. Only problem I had was ice machine didn't appear to work. One other issue was the fridge was set to the lowest setting but a note said it was done to conserve electricity. No charge for internet. Pool was nice, exercise area looked like more than an afterthought. They also had a nice little glassed off area in the lobby for more private conversations but still in public. This is the type of hotel I plan to use in the future. More expensive and they seem to charge for everything and expect tips for everything else. Less expensive and they seem to offer so little. Didn't get a chance to try breakfast but it was packed with people who weren't in a hurry.

It was wonderful! The hotel was very nice, wonderful breakfast, and close to everything. The rooms were very nice and clean. The staff was great and helpful. They also have a shuttle to bring you anywhere you want.

“Loved it - great location!”

This is a great hotel! The breakfast was very good and they had plenty of stff making sure things were getting refilled as needed. The pool and hot tub area was great and the exercise room was bigger than most. There is also a very good bar/pizza joint just a block away (down 13th Street towards downtown) and it is within walking distance of the Old Market. I would highly recommend this hotel.

“Omaha's Finest”

This was one of the better Homewood Suites we have stayed. It is located across the street from the new baseball stadium and the Qwest arena in down town Omaha. It is also just five minutes away from the airport.

“Relaxing weekend”

I booked this stay for a time for my husband and I to relax over the NYE weekend. This hotel had everything we wanted and not a jacked up price for NYE which all the rest we looked at did. We were a little concerned about location to the Old Market but they had a shuttle that ran every 15 minutes so it was not an issue even on the busiest night we stayed. The 2nd night, they even took us to the casino which they usually don't do but because the casino's shuttle was running behind they offered to take and pick us up. That's great customer service in my book. The rooms were very spacious. We stayed in a King Suite and really liked the seperate living/kitchen areas. This would be great for extended stays to save $ on eating out. The area really isn't the best and there aren't alot of walk to options for eating but I suspect with the new stadium this will all change. Can't complain about anything we experienced.

“Experience You Wont Forget.”

EXCELLENT. We arrived late and they were so gracious and welcoming. After we checked in - got to our room and it was Better than I expected. We got a phone call within 10 minutes from the front desk - just checking to make sure everything was OK. That was so nice. Our entire experience was Great. Thank YOU - we will return.

The beds and pillows were very comfortable, the breakfast was really good and the staff was very helpful. We will stay there again.
