The Italian style and how cool the history of this building. We stayed for 2 nights and they didn’t refill, clean,make the bed or take our trash out. Other than that the staff were all nice and waitresses at the bar/restaurant were super nice.

Was nice overall but definitely a few things wrong with room. For price, shouldn’t be many if any problems. Bathrooms could be cleaned better as well as cleaning in general. Beautiful property though. Will give another go.

This is, as far as I can tell, a vintage, original Omaha hotel. In other words, it's not part of a chain. So refreshing! The woman at the front desk went out of her way to get us "a better room" (her suggestion) and to facilitate a 3pm check-in. We stayed in an updated room on the top floor, and it was great. Very comfy beds, easy air control system, nice bath and shower, big closet, micro and fridge. There's a restaurant downstairs (along with a fireplace with sitting area) that we, unfortunately, weren't able to try. The location is fine, although not super near the more happening part of town, which is the Old Market area, I think. But it's super easy driving and parking in the city so this wasn't really a problem. I did have to question the $25 per night parking fee--so instead parked on the street (safe and easy), then moved my car at 9am. Wish I'd stayed here on my way out of Omaha instead of the Cambria Hotel!

Good location and historic boutique feel! Clean and comfortable rooms. Toilet and shower could use some updates with Shower water pressure being just ok, and toilet was running all the time. Only other monor inconvenience was the parking lot wouldnt let us out with our room key but the front desk was easy to call and took care of it all very quickly! Overall would go back!

Beautiful historic property in Downtown Omaha, walking distance from the Orpheum Theater. The decor and ambience in the lobby really sets the scene. Rooms were average. Poor soundproofing so you can hear every conversation in the hallway and sometimes from the other rooms. You will definitely have to call for more towels because they only provide one bath towel and two very small washcloths which are not replaced each day unless requested. I was provided a complimentary toothbrush at the front desk since I forgot to pack mine. The food and service downstairs in the restaurant were excellent. Very friendly and attentive staff.

Always a pleasure to stay at The Magnolia! Service is excellent, room is comfortable burgers excellent. The room was extremely cold for the first hour, maybe turn the heat on before arrival. Otherwise a comfortable stay

It was ok. I’ve stayed in nicer 3 star hotels. Our first room the tv remote would not work. They couldn’t find batteries. I had to go to the lobby to try and get it fixed. Our heat did not work and there was no spare blanket in the room not to mention even on the bed. They moved us to another room and upgraded us. Which we were very appreciative of. The staff was great. The bed and furniture set low to the ground and was really springy. The water pressure was not great. The water was hot. Only one trash can in the whole room. Faucet was loose. The heat took about 45 minutes to start working in the second room. The location was great to go to the Orpheum. The restaurant in the hotel was extremely slow and was ok. It took us 1 1/2 hours and we ordered the show menu. We had to take the dessert to our room as there was no time to eat it. We had to interrupt the server to get the dessert and the bill. The drinks were over priced and small portions.
