Pros: Staff and comfortable room.
Cons: just didn't like the set up of the bathroom
Location: We were in Nebr for a wedding at the lakes
Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Room was clean and comfortable. Don't like how the bathroom was set up. Second floor room was a little noisy.

Inexpensive hotel, next to a truck stop.

The hotel is fine. Not fantastic, but it gets the job done. It's next to a truck stop in a small town. When I checked in there were flies circling the lobby, which was a little gross. My room was ok. Again nothing to rave about, nothing to run screaming from. Just ok.

After driving 10 hours with my family we pulled up to this hotel and it was not at all what the pictures and Expedia portrayed. Tried to cancel, the hotel of course said "no" it's after 3pm. Well I didn't see how undesirable the hotel looked until I arrived in town at 6pm. Needless to say I did not stay there and the hotel did not refund my money (nice customer service) Expedia gave me a 100.00 credit to use with in 1 year, which was nice but I feel the hotel should have handled the refund. Never again will I book at a "Sleep Inn" or their affiliates.

There's NO space!!

We were really disappointed at how small the rooms were, the lack of outlets for electronics and the poor room configuration. We stayed 2 nights, and it was economical, but I'd rather pay more for a better hotel. Breakfast was pretty good.

Not a pleasant stay

I had two rooms as a family outing for a family reunion. Drove 600 miles and expected to use the hot tub and pool after that drive. Hot tub was not working, my daughter's room smelled so bad they could barely sleep in the room. The maid we had needed more training as she was cleaning while we were sitting in the room. I also talked to the management and she said she would notify the manage when he returned from vacation. I waited and they did not call after a week, so I called again and I am still waiting for them to return the call. I will not use this place again for a family outing. So they can look for my 2 nite X 2 stay somewhere else.

My stay was during a weekend and so there was a lot of hall traffic to and from the pool and not everyone is conscious of how loud they are when going up and down them. Probably better mid week with business people as the bulk of stayers. Overall, very satisfied.

Smoke alarm in room malfuntioning &missing battery

Couldn't check in1 hr early--no battery in smoke alarm--noisy---odd door to bathroomto slide open/ closed.didnt find bed very comfortable.

hotel is noisy. you hear everyone that walks down the hall way. beds were old and a little droopy. both comforters in our room were dirty and in need of being washed or thrown away.

Solid Hotel Choice for a 1 night stay

It might not win any awards for the best hotel ever, however the price is good, the service meets expectations, the room was generally well kept. For staying one night it gets the job done.
