it was fine i guess. maybe a little pricey for what you get. the breakfast was kind of pathetic. just juice, toast and make your own waffles. not very soundproof. could hear people running around upstairs all night.

Not nice. Not what I expected

Posted Jul 10, 2015
Pros: To out of the three people at the front desk were friendly. The one when we checked it and the one when we checked out
Cons: Beds need to be a little bigger and the room could be updated.
Location: Location is fine.
We are very dissappointed. The beds were very small and my husband had to sleep on the floor. Things in the room were out dated and rusted. Breakfast was terrible, Not very appetizing. The atmosphere even at that moment felt unwelcoming.

Great value for nice facility.

Stayed two nights during the College World Series. The cost was about half of what I found elsewhere. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the hotel is located close to food, entertainment, and was easy to get to.

Hotel location/condition

Posted Jun 12, 2015
Pros: Central location close to alot of sights. Beds were comfortable.
Cons: The breakfasts are nearly all carbs. Poor TV reception. There needs to be a waste receptacle at the back door for the smokers.
Location: Very good location. Close to many major places of interest.
Central, close to interstate, and major thrufares, however very noisy, not insulated well. Slightly rundown.

Great staff.

Came to town to visit granddaughters. Had a blast. Staff had no problem with our requests for extra towels and other things needed. Minor problem with the shower. Fixed within the time I went to breakfast. I would come back to this hotel when I visit Omaha.

Needs work.

Posted Jun 2, 2015
Pros: Beds were comfortable.
Cons: Deep clean the room.
Location: Good, centralized location.
Our room was smelly and stained (carpet and chairs). The toilet seat was held on by one bolt. The bottom of the shower curtain was mildewed. There was graffiti in ink pen on the wall above the shower. The tissue holder in bathroom was badly rusted. We were on the 3rd floor and the only ice machine was in the breakfast area off the lobby. We had to use the same cups for brushing our teeth to make coffee in the morning. Front desk staff at check in was not overly friendly.
