Consistently meets expectationsPosted Dec 2, 2013
This is a less expensive hotel which is conveniently located in West Omaha. It is always clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. The wi-fi connection wasn't the best this stay, but it has performed adequately for us in the past. We have stayed here many times and will definitely return.

Clean, quiet, great price.Posted Dec 2, 2013
Clean, quiet, nice linens, comfortable bed - all you need and a great price. The facility is dated but very well kept up. Friendly staff. I prefer good accommodations without the big price. I have stayed here a couple times and was pleased.

ScaryPosted Nov 17, 2013
Honestly it was scary there. I slept in my clothes because I was so uncomfortable. There were people in the hall all night and the people next to me were slamming their headboard into my wall all night. It was terrible. I didn't complain because the guy at the front desk was very creepy.

Good value for the pricePosted Oct 16, 2013
Pros: Reasonable price, clean room.
Cons: A sign that could be seen from the elevated highway.
Location: Just off of 680 on West Dodge Ave. Close to several malls, lots of good dining and shopping near by.
We stayed 3 days. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, plenty of hot water. It was not fancy, it was a little dated, but for the money, it was a good value. All we wanted was a reasonably priced room that was clean and comfortable, and it was all that.

Very nice lodgings.Posted Oct 13, 2013
Pros: No unpleasant surprises - everything was how you would expect or better.
Cons: Soundproofing between floors. (upstairs couple was a bit too remantically expressive for my daughter).
Location: I picked it because it is close to relatives I was visiting. It is right off a major highway, so minutes from dining, theater, shopping, etc.
Amenities advertised online included TV and hair dryer. In reality there was also a small refrigerator and a microwave. The continental breakfast was nice. Room was very clean and apealing. Loved the easy chair for watching TV.

This place needs improvementPosted Sep 18, 2013 on Hotels.com
On two of our four days, the bed was not made, the bathroom was not cleaned, the towels were not replaced. A lamp was broken, and the gutters on the windows were filled with cobwebs. On one day, the maid didn't even show up in our room. On the positive side, the management was very accommodating when we pointed out our concerns, they worked with us to our satisfaction. The positives are an extremely comfortable recliner in the room, and a good central location.

Great Customer ServicePosted Sep 10, 2013
Pros: Customer Service was great. Room was okay for the rate that I paid.
Cons: Cleanliness of the rooms. Also, I would recommend to update the rooms.
Matthew who worked the front desk during my stay was wonderful. He has great customer service skills and answered any question that I had. We need more individuals like Matthew working at the front desk in the hotel industry. I would definitely come back for the outstanding customer service that I received.
