“communication problem”

Its beyond belief that in such a large hotel / convention center, they do not have proficient English speaking staff. . Hotel is very nice, excellent location.

Area recommendations
very convenient to Omiya railroad station , whcih is a mayor transportation hub in N.E. Tokyo
