“Great place to stay”

This was my second visit to this hotel. I love it. It's convenient, the people are friendly and the rates are good. We will return again on our next visit to this area. I've also stayed at other Ayres Hotels and have always been happy.

I am in SoCal quite often for business, and try to always stay at one of the Ayres hotels. Once again they have shown there excellence in customer service and quality establishments

Clearly set up for business traveler's, particularly ones attending the nearby convention center. It was also excellent for us on a short trip to LA. Access to the airport is excellent as the acccess to the freeway system. The morning breakfast was quite good. We could also bring it back to our rooms. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Room was quite good.

“Nice Hotel”

We have stayed at this hotel 3 times in the last year. I have to travel to CA to see my doctors on a regular basis. I had to go to court the last time, and I was concerned about being back on time to check out,which is noon. I asked the manager on duty about this, and he asked me what time I thought we would be back, I said by 1:30PM, and he gave me a later check out time! This hotel is great, and I would be most comfortable to recommend this hotel to anyone.

“Ayres Ontario Convention Center”

When booking through Expedia, the website said the hotel had rooms with 2 queens and a sofa bed. Since there were 5 of us, this is exactly what we were looking for. I called the hotel before I booked to confirm, and they said they did have those rooms. So I booked through Expedia. When we checked in, they gave us a room with 1 queen and a sofa bed. After calling the front desk and then going back down to exchange keys, we were finally given the correct room. Other than that (and the dirty towel in the spa) we had a great time. The room included complimentary breakfast, which was more than just the usual pastry selection. I would highly recommend this hotel to others.

It is convenient, clean, and provides an excellent breakfast.

“Air Conditioner”

The air conditioner noise coming from the hall way was a bit noisy and viberated the walls in our room making it hard to sleep during the day but other than tha the staff and hotel was firs rate. Will stay again if we ever get down that way again. Thanks Expedia for making the Ayres hotel available in our package.

Gorgeous lobby, very friendly staff. Good food! Free breakfast included...and not a continental!!
