Reliable and pleasant

I was tired on a long drive, and grateful to the great night's sleep. There were breakfast options that didn't rely on gluten (eggs, hash browns, sausage).

The staff at the hotel were particularly helpful in making dining recommendations and connecting with the airport shuttle. The shuttle driver was prompt and courteous and made sure we arrived at the airport on time at 4:30 a.m. I would stay there again if I needed easy airport access.

the staff is extraaaa nice room service is quick when called. The gym is only a bike and tread mill. im not sure if u have to be registered or pay extra but our card wouldn't allow entry which is disappointing because that was a major reason i picked it. you get a microwave and a little refrigerator and your 10 mins from the mall. The breakfast staff is the really nice and help you without asking they have a cool machine that allow you to make your own waffles. The only reason they get 3 stars is because the hotel is a little over advertised but customer service is a ten

Comfortable stay, quiet, lumpy/thick pillows, missed breakfast, didn't get to go in the pool/spa, clean, roads torn up around the town, would stay again.
